I do not regret ever coming to lakewood. Everything's great! I'm actually blending in quite a lot easier than when I was in Daiji. All my new friends are nice and they are way different than the ones I had in Daiji.

My old friends are way too stiff and they're all too hung up on their studies. All for the sake of pursuing their future careers, I mean who does that? I transferred to Lakewood provided I lived on my own without the support of my family. Thankfully my grandfather who lives here was willing to pay for my living expenses until I graduate. I hate my family sometimes, they don't like my guts and they think I'm a disappointment. I'm the only man in our current family tree who can carry my father's name so they're especially strict on me. I even have two bossy older sisters. Thank god I managed to get away from that wretched household.

"Don't you have club practice?" Hide asks.

"Nope. Not today,"

"I can help with homework. Can I come?" I ask. I place my arm around his shoulder.

"Wait, what? Uh, I mean, sure," Arum baffled. He seemed disappointed. Huh, that's an odd response for someone like him.

"We should hang out more often, I enjoy being with you guys," I said grinning. I place my other arm around Hide as I nuzzle him.

"Raihen..." Hide mutters. Arum suddenly averts his eyes after looking closely to both of us.

"Come on, let's move," Arum gestures and starts walking. I think my guts are telling me something.

"Arum wait for us!" I say as I chase after him. I tap his shoulder and walk beside him.

"What's up Raihen?" Arum asks. I look around to see a few students around us and Hide just trailing behind. I turned to Arum and decided to whisper.

"So... Have you two done it?" I ask.

"What do you mean 'done it'?" Arum suspiciously raises an eyebrow.

"You know what I mean," I smirk playfully while nudging him a few times with my elbow.

"What? No man, I don't swing that way, he's my best friend," He chuckles.

"Oh really?" I playfully ruffle with his blonde hair with my left hand and gently drill the right side of his head with my fist on the other.

"Cut it out, man! I'm not like you!" Arum bursts out laughing as I tease him. I take one close look at Arum, then turned to Hide again once more.
