"Stop!" The girl in the blue hoodie yells at the two men kidnapping her sister.
They instantly froze in place. Everything else also froze. The people, the cars, the noises, the breeze that was lightly blowing the tree leaves. Everything, but for the little girl in the men's arms and her big sister chasing after them.
"Mavi! You better hurry!" The little girl cried out as she tried to free herself from the men.
Mavi ran up to her sister and helps her break free. "What are we going to do, Rohana," Mavi asked with slight worry in her tone.
"We have to leave!" Rohana grabbed Mavi's hand. "Hold on."
With that, they were gone.
Time started to move again. Everything started to move again.
"We almost had them!" One of the men cries.
"I know," the other snared.
"What are we going to do?"
"We have to find them and kill them before they find Eve."
