Chapter 2

Guinevere ran her hand across the old books that lay across every single shelf in the room smiling and ones she knew, every bit of the castle she had seen made her feel more and more at home and she was growing to love it.

She was so engrossed in looking at all the old and new books that she didn't see her mates walk in, all three of them smiled and their tiny human mate and knew they would love her for eternity and fight for her no matter what.
She turned around and gasped seeing her three mates.

"Our apologies my dear we didn't mean to scare you" Aro said
"I wasn't scared I was surprised is all" she smiled and sat down across from her three mates
"I just realised that I know your names but you don't know mine, I'm Guinevere or Gwen which ever" she said
"A beautiful name for a beautiful woman" Marcus said
She blushed and looked down
"Your home is beautiful" she said
"Our home" caius said and moved towards her taking her hands and helping her up just as he was about to speak her phone rang again.
She sighed and looked at her phone and it was her sister again
"Yes Bella" I asked
"So I'm gonna need you to buy a dress and be here in about three weeks" she said
"And why is that" Gwen asked
"I'm getting married" she said
"I beg your pardon your doing what" Gwen said her voice raising
"Gwen please don't be angry" her sister said
"I am not but angry Isabella not right now but I may be soon, you are getting married to a man that left you, you are eighteen years old" she shouted and all her mates tried to calm her but none of them were helping
"Gwennie I love him" she said
"Are you pregnant" Gwen asked
"God no Gwen, why can't you just be happy for me, you know what if your gonna act like this then don't come to the wedding" she said
"Fine then I won't have fun throwing your life away  and when he leaves you again don't expect me to come and help" Gwen growled shocking her mates
She threw her phone back onto the sofa.

She sat down with her head in her hands as her shoulders shook, Marcus was the only one to catch on that his mate was crying, he walked over to her and took her into his arms and allowed his mate to cry into his shoulder as caius and Aro watched.

After a while Marcus realised that their mate had cried herself to sleep so he picked her up and walked towards his chambers with his brothers following silently behind him. Dimitri and felix looked upon their new queen with what seemed like love and looking at the bonds from his mate he knew that felix Dimitri and the new queen would be like siblings with each other.
In his room he placed his mate down and took her shoes off and then went to leave but he felt a tug on his arm
"Will you stay with me, I don't want to sleep but I don't want to move" she whispered afraid that he'd say no but instead he took his shoes and cloak off and got into bed next to his mate, she rolled over and put her head on his chest and they both sighed in content as her other mates sat in the end of the bed.
"I'm sorry" she whispered
"What for mi amore" Aro said
"For seeing me like this for having to hear about me and my sister argue" she said
"My dear we want to see you in all your ways, whether that is crying, being angry, or being happy we want it all" caius said and kissed her hand.

For awhile they say in silence just enjoying each other's company until Gwen remembered the young girl she stood by when first on the phone
"That blonde girl what was her name" Gwen asked
They all looked at her confused
"May I" Aro asked gesturing to her hand, she looked at him questioningly
"Aro has the power to see everything you've seen felt thought and heard with one touch" caius said
She nodded and gave him her hand

His eyes glazed over and for a few seconds everything was silent until he chuckled
"That would be Jane and the boy next to her was Alec" he said
"How old are they" she asked
"15" Marcus spoke for the first time in a while, he was just enjoying the cuddle with his mate
"I'd like to meet them" she said
"I shall get them" Aro said and sped off.

As he went to get the twins caius lead the other side of their mate and held her aswell
"Well this is cosy and all but I would like to get up" Gwen said
"Why" both the kings groaned
"Because I would like to meet the twins and then you both and Aro can have the rest of the day with me"
"Alright" Marcus said however it took caius a little longer to let go.

Just as she stood up Aro walked in with the twins
"My Queen" they bowed
"Did you tell them to do that" the new queen asked Aro
"They have to respect the new queen" he said
"No" she said and moved towards them
"You don't need to do that it's just Gwen and I would like to talk to you both" she said and walked over to the sofa and sat down, the two teens sat the chairs opposite as Marcus stayed in the bed and Aro sat beside her as caius stood next to the couch
"So I can tell you both have powers what are they" she asked
"I have the ability to take away people's senses and my sister has the ability to cause pain in somebody" Alec said
"How interesting" she smiled
"And I take it your sister has a higher position than you" she asked
"How did you know" he asked
"Many would see your sisters power as something more important however I believe yours is a lot more useful" she said
Shocking both the twins
"I like her" Jane muttered
She smiled and looked at the twins
"It also came to my attention about ten seconds before you walked in that your both fifteen am I correct" she asked
They both nodded and she stood up
"That is awfully young to become vampires, did anybody ask you both how you felt about becoming something different" she asked
The twins looked at each other and then shook their heads
"I see" she said looking at Aro who looked a little guilty Gwen could tell that none of the kings talked to their guard like this at all
"And how did you feel" she asked
"When we first turned we were grateful" Alex said
"And as time went on" Gwen asked
"We grew to resent our life" Jane said shocking all three of the kings
"And why is that" she asked
"We never had a normal life no mother and our father hated us and when we turned it was a new start but we always wanted something, something never felt right. We always wanted..." Jane stopped their too afraid to say the word
"A mother" Marcus said
And the twins nodded
She looked at her mates "you three have lived for many years and haven't even noticed that two of your guard are unhappy in the way they live" she said and shook her head.
"And how would you feel if I was your mother" she asked
The twins snapped their heads up
"What" Alec chocked out
She giggled "I've always wanted children but I am not able to have my own so if you'd like i would be honoured to be your mother" she said, they looked at each Other and jumped up hugging the new queen and their new mother taking her by surprise and making her giggle.
"I'll take this as a yes" she said.
"I'm also guessing I'll be need guards for when you three are not with me am I right and for when I turn" she asked her mates and they nodded
"Well then I'd like Alec as one" she said
And they nodded instantly "how about felix and Dimitri aswell" Aro said
She nodded.

The twins got to know their mother until the sun had gone down and when they left Marcus had his mate in his arms again making her giggle and that night she fell asleep in the arms of one of the men she loved.
