"Hurry up we're late already, " my mother's usual words to me anytime we were traveling.
It was my first day in college and to say I was excited was an understatement, yes I had not gotten into the school I hoped for but still I was going to college!!!
We drove for three hours and finally reached NIC where it all began.
My mother took me to my hostel and after we settled in we went for lunch after which she gave me 'the talk' as always then she left. I was finally facing the world by myself..
Well, first day was boring since it was the usual, us being oriented and given our timetables for the classes.
I had been spending the evening with my roommates and time flew and we finally retired to our beds .
The next few weeks flew by rather fast with me getting to know people and well doing my studies.
