Tanya: Keyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Open up.!! You can't lock yourself in there! Keya, please.

Keya: GO AWAY!

Tanya: No I won't.!! Keya... (Her sobs becoming loud)
Krish has left. No one knows where he is.! Vivan is already at the airport!

Keya's body shook on hearing Vivan's name. Her life, her everything. How easily had he broke every string they had tied over last one year. Today was supposed to be their anniversary. She had spent a month planning for the day. It was her first big date that she had planned without Krish's help.

Her best friend Krish didn't approve much of her and Vivan. It led to a lot of complications. Over the last month, tension between Krish and Vivan had just increased. Who thought it would turn her entire life upside down?

Few hours ago she had the perfect life. A boyfriend who claimed she was his life. A best friend who promised to be by her side forever. Everything was perfect except the rivalry between the two. This day which was supposed to be the best day of her life had turned out to be the worst.

A day she was left to choose.

Her thoughts got interrupted by the loud bangs on the door.

Varun: Keya! You cant let everything end this way. Come on. Where is the girl who has always fought for what was hers? Where is the girl who knows it better than anyone to maintain relationships? Keya please, we beg you. If you don't come out and stop all this, you would kill three souls.

Keya: Oh really? It's me who is going to kill everything? Your brother just did that. And by the way Varun! That girl's soul is dead already.. I just want to be left alone! I've realized that nothing was ever mine. Vivan did not belong to me, and Krish never understood me. And right now, I hate the two more than I ever loved them!"

Okay, that wasn't true. She couldn't imagine her life without both of them.

She loved her best friend, she loved her boyfriend. These two people, who held such special places in her heart, should have liked, if not loved, each other like she loved them. In theory, if she had enough in common with both of them to have such a strong bond with each; shouldn't the two of them also have the potential to form a real relationship with each other? It should be an all out love fest whenever the three of them got together...except it's not. This was sad but true, her best friend and boyfriend did not quite get along. If she were honest with herself, she could have easily foreseen this. All they had in common with each other was actually her. She loved them both because they are opinionated, strong, confident in who they are and what they believe in and are never afraid to tell you what they really think. The qualities they share are the same qualities that prevent them from ever seeing the other clearly. Though they are polar opposites in how they think, look and prioritize, they show their displeasure in an eerily similar manner.

Her relationship with each of them exists independently to that of the other. She thought she was lucky because both of them understood that she could love them equally, and that the one in no way replaces the other. But they didn't.

She wished they could understand it that she loved them both, but in such different ways that loving one in no way encumbers her from loving the other. She always thought they did understood this but they never did... never...ever!

So here she sat by her bed, crying the life out of herself. Vivan said she did not love him. It was just lust and attraction that she had for him. Life drained out of her just by hearing these words of his. He failed to reciprocate her love.

All these days and months spent together meant lust to him? And to worsen it he said that her love and life were Krish. That was so gross and wasn't true at all. She waited for Krish to cross Vivan out. For the first time ever she wanted Krish to smack Vivan in the face! But he didn't... He started agreeing!!! Confessing..!!

That was when all her anger outburst and she slapped Krish! First time in 24 Years! That was also when he stormed out. It was clear to the room about her feelings for Krish but Vivan just stood there with a huge question mark on his face.

Keya guess he expected her to explain it to him what he thought was wrong. He expected her to run, hug and pamper him. Because when she didn't he was disappointed enough to tell her that she still wasn't sure about her feelings and he had to leave to return to his home in the UK.

Keya wanted to stop him. She wanted to stop him from taking away her life. But she couldn't.

So that's why she sat in her room and cried. She could stop no one. For the first time ever, she had no control over her life.

The banging on the door continued.

Tanya: Keya open up before we break this door.

Mom: Baby please don't do this to us. We are here for you. Let us in.

Keya didn't reply this time. It was always Krish who handled her in such times. Oh Krish?! Where must he be? Her anger could not overpower how much she cared for him! Confused as hell she was!

She jumped out as she watched Aarav enter through the windows!

Keya: What the hell! Aarav how did you? uggh.. Why? Just go!

Aarav: Haven't I done that too often few years back!

He quickly paced to her and holding her by cupping her face with his hands.

Aarav: Listen Keya... I know you don't want to see any of their faces right now but tomorrow when you wake up, you would regret this the most.! It's just coz you are angry that you feel this way. Listen I've made decisions in anger too. And I'm still regretting it.."

He looked deep into her eyes and she returned back his gaze.

Aarav: Keya please trust me this time.. You don't want to lose Vivan. That guy loves you a lot.!

Keya: No Aarav.! Didn't you hear what he said!?

Aarav: Yes I very well did.! Keya.. He just kept on saying what he thought you must be feeling.! Did he ever say once what he felt?? Keya what had blinded you so much that you couldn't see through his pain.. Keya please.. Come with me. We can still stop him at the airport. I'm not saying you have to deal with him immediately but we need to stop him."

Aarav went to open the door whereas Keya stood still. She hadn't yet gotten out of the shock. Plus Aarav's words confused her even more. People started crowding in. But they were hesitant to even try talking to her.

Aarav: I am waiting in the car."

Keya simply got up and started walking. She walked like a numb person who was scared to think about anything because her mind had always played games with her.

She decided to trust Aarav rather than follow her intuitions.

She walked till she reached the main gate of their mansion.

She looked to the left for Aarav's car but yellow bright lights of a speeding car made her tightly close my eyes.

That's when that car came to a halt right in front of her and the screeching sound of the breaks brought her to life.

A voice called out from within.."GET IN THE CAR"

It was Krish.!

Keya blindly got in.
