38 → The Goonies 'R' Good Enough

Start from the beginning

I took him home and he lived with us for a couple weeks. It was during that time we packed up and moved to New York. Rhys went back home to talk to his parents but they didn't even open the door. He left a letter at the door and never heard from them again.

Once here, Rhys took up classes at the mutant school and decided to live there. Now years after that horrible day, Rhosyn appears at the school. And guess what? She's also a mutant. She remembers how badly her parents reacted when it was with Rhys, so she packed her things and left.

Rhys and Rhosyn. Wow, even their names are similar. But now that they're back together, they'll be catching up on the lost time.

And they're not the only ones. Steve crossed paths with Logan and he's lowkey flipping out because they were in the war together but Logan doesn't remember him. He doesn't remember much about his past. Bucky remembers parts so Steve is filling them in on what happened during those days.

It's been a wild week Jonathan. You wouldn't believe it. Yet I suppose on some level you might. After all, it's because of you I know all these crazy people. Everyone at the school, those four idiots defending their two blocks of NYC, those morons in space— although that one is mostly my doing due to a portal opening experiment gone horribly wrong.

Oh my god, and to put the cherry on the icing, Jonathan, to continue this wild ass week...Pietro and Wanda Maximoff know who their real dad is.

That day at the school professor Charlie met the avengers and later that day Erik Lehnsherr comes in but he's cool right now. He's been cool for a while. He's so cool that when Lola waltzed out from who knows where, she said to Erik "oh hail our lord Magneto!" and bowed down to him. She's been doing it for a while and Erik finds it slightly annoying.

Anyway, so, Charlie asked to speak to the twins in private and Erik was present and secrets where revealed. It was a shock to everyone and as I expected, the twins were kinda mad at me and Rhys for knowing and not telling them. What was I suppose to do? I barely knew them when I found out. I blame Logan and Storm for telling me. As the week progressed, Pietro and Wanda were at the school the majority of the time, learning about themselves and Erik their dad. Papa Clint wasn't happy when another man swooped in and took his "children"

Hell of a birthday gift, huh? I mean it was the day after their birthday but still...OH! And Tony and Steve were going to get Pietro a cat but turns out he's allergic and now he's petless. Wonder what they'll give him now, or if they already got him something, I wouldn't know since he and Wanda are kinda ignoring my presence. Sometimes they're mad and other times they're not. It's complicated.

There's just so much going on right now, and the twins are cooling off and I suppose they're not mad anymore? I know I just contradicted myself but I seriously don't know what's up with them. Gotta take a step back from that drama. I gtg. I'm at the dog park and Bucky wanted to tag along so he's been playing with Biscuit this whole time. Fuck, he's coming my way!

Quick note: Scott, the moron cousin and dorky friends left a couple days ago and it's quiet around here. The only real losses were Hope and Cassie because they're so nice.

Hoping Rhys and Rhosyn are alright,
Dia Amoreena Castillo.
Rhys' best friend.

Just as Dia closed her notebook, Bucky reached the table where she's sitting. She smiled up at him and he returned the smile. He managed to catch a glimpse of Dia's notebook and from what he could see, she was writing. He slid in the seat across from Dia and looked out to the green scenery and spotted Biscuit playing with two dogs.
