Chapter Four Hundred: The Boy Who Loves Her

Start from the beginning

"What are you gonna eat, babe?" I asked. Y/N just looked at me. "I don't fucking know. This place is so high end like what the hell..." she whispered and I giggled. "Well, if you don't like what you're having, we can always swap." she smiled at me.

"I'll have the ravioli then." she said. Connor approached us, with a bottle of wine and two wine glasses in his hand. He set one glass down in front of me and the other in front of Y/N. He opened the bottle and poured wine.

"Excuse me, Connor, but we didn't even order wine." Y/N spoke up. Connor stopped pouring and and looked at her with a friendly smile. "It's from the table over there." I said, looking behind his shoulder and over at another table.

"It's from that couple over there." Connor said and continued to pour the crimson liquid. I raised an eyebrow at them. I've never seen them in my life before.

"Who are they even?" Y/N asked. I shrugged. "May I take your orders now?" Connor said as he whipped out a notepad and pen.

"I'll have the (Vegan/Beef/Chicken/Whatever filling you want) ravioli." Y/N said as she stared over Connors shoulder and Frank and Gerard. "And I'll take the salmon please." I said and Connor noted it down. He smiled and scurried off.

I looked back at the couple. The male wore a tux and the female a pantsuit. It really didn't look like they were on a date, it really looked more like they were here for work.

"Do you know them?" I asked Y/N. She shook her head as she traced her index finger around the rim of her wine glass. "I've never seen them in my life before. Unless they could be from the future?"

"That's impossible. No one can time travel besides me." she raised her eyebrows. "And Frank." she added and I nodded.

"I don't know. Something doesn't feel right about them." she says, looking into my eyes. "Can you read their thoughts?"

"No. Somethings disrupting the signal." I couldn't help but chuckle. She looked at me, a grin plastered on her face. "What?" she said and I giggled. "The signal?"

"Yeah! I mean, there's like these brain wave signals..." I rolled my eyes. "Hey, you speak when you have the ability to read people's minds." I smiled.

"Whatever. I'm just happy you don't read my mind 24/7 anymore." I chuckled. She raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure about that?" she said and I giggled. "Pretty sure." I said and took her hand in mine.

I pressed my lips against it and she blushed. "Darling, you don't know what I've got planned after this." I said and she giggled. Connor came with our food a minute later.

We ate our food and I kept on glancing over to that 'couple'. I really didn't know what to make of them. They seemed quite sinister and mysterious.

Connor came back and took our plates in. I asked for the bill and he came back, just as quickly as he left. I paid and gave Connor and all to generous tip.

"Oh, um, you really don't have to give me so much." he stuttered. I shook my head. "No,no. You deserve it, Connor. You worked hard today." I said with a smile. He smiled nervously back at me.

"Thank you and I hope I see you two again." he says as Y/N and I get up. She takes my hand and smiles at Connor. "Thank you, Connor. Have a nice evening." she said and we left.

"I just need to get some stuff from the trunk and then we can go." I said as a dashed to he car. I unlocked the trunk and took out the picnic blanket.

I ran back to her, taking her hand. She smiled at me and we walked over to the lake, watching how the sun was setting over the horizon.

I lay the picnic blanket down on the grass and she took as seat. I sat down next to her and she leaned her head on my shoulder. I wrapped my arm around her waist and used my other arm as support.

The two of us watched the sunset in silence. I couldn't help but look over at Y/N next to me. She was absolutely stunning, the last bits of sunshine illuminating her eyes. Her hair blew in the wind slightly, the incoming moonlight framing her face.

"Aidan." she said, ripping her gaze off the last of the sun. "Hm?"
"I love you." She said. "And I just wanna lay down with you and never leave." she said as she lay down on the picnic blanket. I looked at her.

"If I lay here, I I just lay here, would you lie with me and just forget the world?" she asked and I smiled. I lay down next to her and she immediately smuggled up to me. She put her head on my chest and wrapped an arm around her.

"Of course I will." I said, smiling. "I have something I wanna give you." I said, taking the velvet box out of my pocket. I opened it and took out a gold locket. She looked at it in awe as the moonlight bounced off of it perfectly.

"I got this for you." I said as both of us sat up. I put the necklace on for her and she smiled. "Open it." I encouraged her. She smiled and opened the small heart shaped locket.

The locket could hold four pictures in total. It had a flap in the middle where you could store two pictures and you could still store two pictures on the right and left side. I had asked her what her favorite pictures where beforehand and I took the time to print them out and put them into the tiny locket.

The first picture was of me and her on Vanya's wedding Day. The old wedding day, not the up and coming on in two days.

The second photo was of her and Vanya when they were thirteen. Their smiles where so big and their eyes were the size of the moon. They looked so happy. They were so happy back then.

The third photo is of her, Klaus and Dave. The three had formed a very tight bond. The three of them had their cheeks pressed against each others with a shit eating grin plastered on her face. Dave was in mid laugh and Klaus was making a duck face.

The last photo was of the whole family. Grace and Pogo stood on the far left, next to Grace was Diego and next to him Vanya, Y/N then me and Ben then Luther and Allison.

She closed the locket and look at me. "Thank you, Love. This means so much to me." she said. I smiled and put my lips against hers. The kiss was short, but she poured out all of her love for me into the kiss. I poured out all of my love for her into it too.

"I love you."

"I love you too."
