Modern AU -
Person A has a date with Person C, someone who they've had a crush on for a couple months, now. Person B, A's best friend, had convinced A to go, but when Person C ends up standing Person A up, things get a little messy.
Scenario 1: After being stood up, Person A wants to know why, and goes to C themselves, who reveals that it was B who told them that A couldn't make it, so C was a no show.
Scenario 2: The next day at school, Person B, who had to comfort Person A right after the date, goes looking for Person C and starts a fight with them.
Scenario 3: There was a misunderstanding and Person C explains to A what happens and they plan another date, which Person B isn't too happy about and plans to sabotage.
