The Kennedys disembarked Air Force One into the sunshine of Texas. They smiled radiantly at the crowds who had turned up to see them. "Look they've came to see my wife" Jack joked. Jackie blushed. She had noticed more people turned up when she came along. Secretly she didn't want all this attention, after all her husband was the President!
After going up to the ropeline, the First Couple got into the Presidential limosuine. "Today will be good" Jack joked, much to Governor Connally's delight. They laughed as the car began to pull away from the airport and into the centre of the city.
