A twig snaps. I swiftly turn around, my eyes darting from side to side

—— katsuki's PoV ——

'Shit! She heard that!' I think as I duck behind a maple tree. Peeking out I see her looking around.

I sighed deeply. 'She doesn't seem like she's dangerous, I could kill her if I wanted to' I think as I get a good look at her face. Her eyes are soft, and kind. But fear is clouding it.

For some reason... I didn't want to be the cause of that. I grit my teeth together. "Snap out of it bakugo! Your suppose to kill people like her!" I yelled suddenly. Hearing her scream.

I look over to see her fall to the ground, she's got tears in her eyes and she was hyperventilating.

I bit my lip and glare at her before quickly running off. I continue running till I make it to my den, curling up in the corner. "Why the fuck couldn't I kill her!" I yelled holding my head. "She's human! The only other human I can't kill is.... is kirishima and it's not like I care about him...." he mumbled although he did care about kirishima he'd never admit it.

Suddenly I hear something, stomping, firing.

Screams....

Hunter's there here...

Quickly running out of my den I look around, other creatures running by me. Not even afraid of me for once.

I take a deep breath, sniffing out where the hunter could be. I remember the scent. I don't know his name but the face will always stick in my head. Scars covering half his face, pale blue eyes with no soul...

I go running, sharp claws outstretched as I tackle him, clawing at his already scared face.

He struggles against me, grabbing his gun and the gunshot goes off...

I don't know what to do. I hear gunshots in the distance, I hesitantly start walking over, biting my lip drawing blood.

Once I reach where I assume the gunshots come from all I see is destruction, blood is everywhere, dens are empty.

"Hello?" I call, worry evident I my voice as I search for anybody left.

Suddenly I hear a grunt, I turn around and see the wolf from earlier leaning against a tree, holding his blood soaked stomach.

"Are you ok?! What happened here?!" I ask rushing over to help, but he pushes me away, glaring at me.

"I don't need your help! Ok! Your not kirishima! You can't help me!" He yelled

I glare at him grabbing the collar of his shirt "your being an idiot! I have to help you or you'll die!" I mutter

He looks away for a moment before sighing in defeat. "Fine..." he muttered, his eyes dull as he suddenly he collapsed in my arms.

Holding him tight I bring him to what appeared to be the largest den I could find. Deciding I'd run home, get some supplies to help then come back as quickly as I could.

It's been 3 days, he's started healing but he still hasn't woken up. I've made sure to clean his wounds properly and made sure to keep him warm, by placing my cloak on him.

I keep wondering what he meant by 'your not kirishima!' Maybe this was We're he went for all those days.

Maybe I'm just being stupid and reading into things. I shrug slightly and pull a book out of my satchel, beginning to read.

It's been a week and a half. I've been avoiding going home, going to my aunts house and getting food. He's woken up briefly every so often, but in those brief moments we've actually bonded.

Turns out his name is katsuki, he's also a friend of eji's, his parents where killed when he was just a pup. He was raised by someone named toshinori yagi and his other adopted son izuku. 

Those are just the ones off the top of my head. I'm currently laying on my stomach, reading another one of my books when suddenly I hear a stir.

"Hey..." I hear him say.

"Morning sleepyhead" I say as I continue reading.

He looks over my shoulder after getting up, flinching lightly at the pain in his stomach. "What are you reading?" He asked quietly.

"Peter Pan" I say looking over at him suddenly, blushing extremely red as our lips almost touch.

He smirks. "Read to me?" He asked as he lay next to me.

"Fine" I say with a dramatic sigh. "Peter's eyes seemed to shimmer in the darkness as he gazed at Wendy, 'give me a kiss?' He asked smiling innocently-" I was suddenly cut off by katsuki putting his hand on my head.

"Why's it so cheesy?" He asked raising a brow.

"I don't know!" I retort, rolling my eyes lightly.

"'Can you give me a kiss?' Really?" He asked raising a brow and rolling his eyes. "Cheesiest thing I've ev-" He was suddenly cut off feeling something warm against his cheek.

He turned to me and I smirked lightly "hey you asked for it" I laughed before getting up. "Time for me to go get eji to take care of you! My parents have got to be worried, I'm sure he'll be here in a little bit!" I say flustered as I gather my things.

"Bye!" I call, trying to run off, when I'm suddenly stopped. Arms wrapped tightly around my waist.

"We're do you think your going... after pulling a stunt like that?" He said, husky voice in my ear.

'Shit shit shit shit shit!!!!' I thought as he turns me around.

"What the fucking Hell was that?!?" He asked glaring down at me.

"You asked so I obliged" I said teasingly, my cheeks bright red as I looked away.

He smirks and grabs my chin. "Then can I kiss you?" He said leaning in already.

"I-i Umm..." I stuttered until his lips suddenly smash against mine.

After a few moments of kissing we pull away, both panting as we catch our breath.

Kirishima looked through the dens opening as he saw them close together. "Holy shit!" He yelled

"Kirishima!"

"Eji!"

"I'll kill you!"

"Why are you here? How much did you see!?!"

He was hit with an mass of questions.

"Umm... well.... I saw the kiss... and er... nothing else?" He stuttered backing away a little. "Don't kill me!!!!" He yelled running off.
