Shinso's PoV-

I remember when I met her, (y/n) has been my best and basically only friend since I was little.
At first I didn't tell her my quirk and she didn't tell me hers. It's been a long time since we met and she still hasn't told her quirk, it's like a silent agreement that I wouldn't ask till I felt she was ready to tell me.
But at the same time I'm curious. I want to know, she accepted me so easily. While I wasn't able to tell her anything, accept her for her.
But I'm glad I can at least talk to her as a real friend, instead of her wanting to be my friend because she's afraid of me. She just... wants to be with me for me.

Im suddenly forced out of my thoughts by somebody poking my cheek. I rubbed my violet eyes and blink multiple times. I looked around and smiling a little seeing the (h/c) haired girl sitting next to me on the bench.
"Dude, you've been sitting there for 20 minutes, you ok?" (Y/n) asked, she tilted her head and I could feel heat Force its way into my face.
I guess should say it now, I've got a huge crush on (y/n), or at least I think I do.
"Yeah, I'm fine, I was just thinking" I answer as I lean back and blink my violet eyes. I can't help but think how cute she is when she's concerned, but once again I'm pulled out of my thoughts. This time by (y/n) pressing her hand to my forehead.
I look at her slightly confused before I realize she's checking for a temperature.
"You sure your ok? You look like you've got a fever or something" she says, concern clear in her voice as she looks at me.

Y/n's PoV-

I can't help but worry, I press my hand to his forehead as soon as I see the heat in his cheeks.
"You sure your ok? You look like you've got a fever or something?" I ask and I can see his face become more and more red.
I pull my hand away and look out at the park we always meet here, it's our little thing since we go to different schools. Him U.A. while I'm homeschooled. So I guess you couldn't say we go to different schools rather he goes to school and I don't.
      I look at him and puff out a cheek in more concern than irritation. He knows this and I can hear him chuckle.
     "(Y/n)! Your so cute when you pretend to be angry!" I hear him laugh and I can't keep up the act, I simply laugh.
    Once my giggle fit is over I look up at him and smile. I jump up and take his hand, pulling him along with me until we reach the children's playground.
    Once we get there I look up at my purple haired best friend and smirk. He looks down at me and raises a brow. Then he frowns, he knows what's up.
    I smile and drag him to the swings where I plop down and look up at him with my signature puppy dog eyes, which causes another wave of heat to be forced onto his face.
    I've had a feeling he's had a crush on me for a while now, ever since he started blushing when I was around, and at some points I feel bad about not telling him that I've had basically the biggest crush on him since I met him.
But I don't think I'd ever tell him that. He sighs and gets behind me, "I don't understand why your so childish" I hear him mutter as he presses his hands to my back and pushes me forward. I can't help but giggle as my (h/l) (h/c) flying in and out of my face as he pushes me on the swing.
As he said yes I am very childish at times. But can you blame me, I never had any other friends and parents where always busy so I guess I just let out my childish side when I'm with him.
I don't think he minds though, not much anyway, I hope not. I smile a little and can't help but let a small bit of heat rise into my cheeks.
"If I'm the child does that make you the guardian?" I tease as he finally plops down next to me in another swing.
I see another wave of heat rise in his cheeks. I can tell that my heart longs to say the words it's wanted to for so long, but at the same time what if im reading him wrong, what if I've just been reading it wrong the whole time. Just been seeing what I want to see.
   But before we know it we've made our way downtown and to one of his MANY cat cafes we've found. He drags me inside where we get seated in a room with about 15 cats give or take. About half and hour of me just sitting there I've managed to get 3 cats laying on my lap and I can see the pure jealousy in hitoshi's eyes.
   I can't help but laugh a little at this and take his hand a mischievous smirk plastered on my face.
  He just looks at me a confused expression on his face, but a clear pink dust on his cheeks. I smirk continuously as I drag him over behind me, where he sits down, me inbetween his legs and leaning back on his chest as he simply pets one of the cats sitting in my lap.
    We stay like this for a good half an hour before I look up at him and smile slightly before looking back down at my lap where a 4th has joined the 3.
  I take a deep breath and without realizing what I'm doing I'm saying what I've wanted to say for the longest time.
    "Hitoshi, I've got 2 things to tell you, but I don't want you to say anything till I'm done. Ok?" I murmur and I can feel his hot breath on my neck as he looks over my shoulder down at the cats.
    "Ok?" I hear him mutter confusion laced in his voice.
    "One, you've asked about my quirk before and the reason I never answered was because I don't have one... and.... and 2 is I-I think I'm falling in love with you...."
