I wake up to my mother yelling up the stairs for me. "Red! Come on I made breakfast!" She called, her voice sweet like honey.
As I got up and got dressed in my usual clothes.

Quickly walking down the stairs a small smile on my face as I sit down, taking one of my mothers infamous chocolate chip muffins and munching on it happily.
My mother pats my head lightly and looks back over at my father, who's rereading his manuscript. He's been trying to get his book published for months now to no avail, but he always seems to have a smile on his face.
She sits down as well, piling her plate high with food. She looks back over at me as she begins eating. "(Y/n), would you mind visiting your aunt today? I've been trying to get ahold of her but she won't answer the telephone and I don't know why" she said as she looked back at her food.
"Of course mum, I'll get going soon! I wanted to visit eji today and promised we'd hang out!" I murmured rubbing the back of my neck lightly.
"That old bookkeeper? The one who kept chattering about the wolf living in the woods? You know I don't like you talking to him. He's always babbling about that creature, and always disappearing for days on end, remember last month, he went missing for a week! Worried us all to death..." she said looking at me.
"I know mum, but he's still my friend, after all he had his grandma make me this cloak and he always supports me and all... plus he knows every trail through those woods and I'll need the quickest one to get aunt ochako's house..." I mumble, looking away.
"Fine... just promise me you'll phone if your staying the night" she said pinching my cheek lightly.
"Of course mum" I say and smile happily. I get up and run over to the coat rack, where my favorite bags rests. It's a leather satchel, with a gold buckle and a pocket watch hanging from the side. Kirishima helped me buy it at the market, we scrambled for hours running around trading things. But we eventually got it, and a pretty cool locket for eji. He still wears it and almost punched a guy who said it wasn't manly to wear a necklace, I had to drag him back to his dads bookstore.
