Elijah mikaelson part 1

Kaoutar's P.O.V
I mumble walking down the stairs slowly as I hold my 9 month swollen belly
" Aunty Kayto" hope calls me I laugh at her choice in nickname for me, everyone had opted to call me kayto since my name was a little difficult to pronounce
" hey hope darling" I smile as she leans lightly on my stomach
" when are they going to be born" she asks
" soon I hope here getting heavy" I groan as I see Hayley and Rebel's I'm the kitchen
" you better be making food cos I'm starving" I groan as they laugh I growl the veins under my eyes popping out
" calm down kayto" Rebeka laughs as she starts on breakfast and Hayley tilts her cup of blood towards me I blink and take it sipping it before handing it back
" your what 2 weeks past due date" she asks I nod
" obviously they don't want to leave" I say patting the belly as I smile softly waiting for the day I get to hold my babies in my arms
" so where's my annoying fiancé" I grumble Elijah had left me this morning without a note
" he's shopping for final touches to the nursery with Klaus and Kol" Rebeka says placing a plate of bacon and eggs on toast in front of me as I sigh
" klaus i understand but why Kol" I ask they smile
" Elijah didn't tell you" I pull a face
" somehow davina is pregnant" I raise an eyebrow
" why doesn't that surprise me at all" I say eyeing my belly
" it's not to be completely honest" Hayley says as I nod smiling and scoffing down my food and then standing and yawning
" hope do you want to walk tv with me" she nods and she runs and I waddle into the lounge  and sit down sinking into the couch
" where home" I hear Elijah yell
" welcome home brothers" Rebeka says I stand and move to the lounge door with a grumpy look klaus spots me and backs away pointing at me Elijah faces me
" hello love" he tries kissing me I push his face away
" you didn't tell me you were leaving" I growl and waddle back to the lurching and start digging through the bags and klaus points to a large chocolate cheesecake winking I gasp and pull it out with a spoon somehow already in my hand and I face Elijah
" I'm sorry I hope that makes up for it" he smiles I nod and he takes the cake to place it on a plate and give sit back and I waddle back to the lounge
I get half way when sharp pain hits like a truck making me gasp and drop the plate
" KAYTO" Elijah tells and he was behind in seconds as I whimper and yelp shaking
" the babies are coming" I get it as a puddle had formed at my feel Rebeka and klaus had also come out to see what was wrong and Hayley was already calling the midwife
" get her into the table the midwife is 5 minutes away" Hayle calls and Elijah picks me up
" Dad" Hope looked scared and klaus picks he girl up walking out
" she's almost here hold on darling" Elijah says holding my hand I scream as a contraction hit and the door opens and the midwife comes in setting up quickly and turning to me
" your almost ready just a few more moments she says then turns to Hayley who will be helping her and then after what seemed like forever she tells me to push, it was just Hayley Elijah the midwife and I in the room now and I push probably crushed Elijah's hand by how hard I had squeezed
2 hours later
After 2 torturous ours I pushed the second baby out but the pain wasn't going
" wait I think there's a third one" Hayley days before going wide eyed
" push one more time there's a third child" Hayley calls and I do Elijah had his brows furrowed as he watches he third child be born
" how could the third one have been missed" Hayley asks as I cuddle two of the tree babies
" I don't know but there is" Klaus says as Elijah holds the third child
" two girls and a boy" he whispers
The boy who was oldest was being named Finn after Elijah's dead older brother, the girls are named Luna and serenity who are the twins of the three and follow after there handsome father with the brown hair and eyes while Finn looked like me with the golden hair and his glowing Blue eyes I smile as my eyes droop I was feeling lightheaded and weak
" Elijah" I mutter he snaps his gaze to me and calls Rebeka and hayley to take the kids and he tends to me
" what's wrong Kayto" he asks worried
" just lightheaded and weak" I smile and close my eyes I could here Elijah calling the midwife back and caking for me as everything went dark
