Our love is unmatched (chapter 8)

Chase was asleep soundly in his crib when he suddenly heard a sound coming from the living room. The sound was loud enough to make him jump out of his sleep. "Hello?" Chase hollered our. His pacifier fell out of his mouth and onto the floor during the middle of the night. "Is someone there?" Chase asked almost yelling. "Is something wrong Chase?" Winter asked opening her eyes. "I thought I heard a sound coming from the living room." Chase said as Winter sat up. "Wait really?!" Winter asked getting excited. "Yeah, and why are you wagging your tail?" Chase asked confused. "Well a little before I was a little I used to do ghost hunting and detective jobs. It was what I was good at." Winter said filling Chase in on some information. "Oh, well you wanna check out what it was?" Chase asked looking at the door. "Yeah!" Winter yelled out. Chase and Winter pulled down the bars of the crib and walked over to the door. They climbed on each other and unlocked the door and Chase pulled it open as Winter jumped off him. Chase looked over at the clock and it was 8:00am. "Are we suppose to be up right now?" Chase asked Winter. "I wake up around eight so it's normal for me." Winter said peeking around the corner with Chase looking into the living room. "No one is there?" Chase said confused. "Are sure you heard a sound coming from the living room?" Winter asked thinking Chase was making this up. "I'm sure Winter I promise!" Chase said. Just ten they heard a sound come from the kitchen. "What was that?" Winter whispered into Chase's ear. "I don't know." Chase said. They walked forward a little bit and looked into the kitchen. They saw two big red paws on the ground with the stove going. "I'll get a closer look." Winter said. Winter got closer and looked inside. There was a beautiful red and black pup making breakfast. Most of her fur was red but her tail, ears, nose, and around her eyes were black. "Um hello, what are you doing in here?" Winter asked the strange visitor. "Oh my, aren't you the cutest thing!" She said as she grabbed Winter. Winter let out a yell and started screaming for help. "Let me go!" Winter yelled. "Winter!! Let her go now!" Chase said as he started biting her pants. "Aww please don't do that baby." She said as she grabbed Chase too. Chase let out a yelp too and both him and Winter were both yelling for help. Shade ran out of the room with a knife and looked in the kitchen and only saw strange paws holding his baby and Marshall's baby. He ran to the entrance of the kitchen. "Let then go now!" Shade yelled. He then saw her, it was Silenus. "Silenus let them go!" Shade said gripping the knife tighter. He wouldn't hurt her unless she tried to do something to Chase and Winter. "Oh I'm sorry." She said letting go of Chase and Winter. They both ran behind of Shade and grabbed onto his legs. "I didn't mean to startle you guys, I just thought I'd welcome myself in and start making you all breakfast." Silenus said as she added butter to the eggs she was making. "How did you get in here?" Shade asked as Marshall walked out of the room yawning. Shade put down the knife because he knew he could trust her. "Well isn't it obvious silly?" Silenus asked as she started making waffles. "No it's not, tell me now or get out!" Marshall said picking up Chase. "Daddy!" He yelled as he buried his head into his daddy's chest. Shade then picked up Winter just in case anything happens. "Well I have some master keys." Silenus said chuckling as she put some eggs on five different plates. "How did you get those, did you still them?!" Shade said jumping back. In the past Silenus was known for getting past people without them knowing and the next thing they found out is that something was gone, and Silenus would have it. Her paws were the softest things you would ever feel, that's why she was so good at stealing. "Did you guys actually do any studying in the foundation of this place?" Silenus asked. "Well I did a little bit but  I didn't get the name of the owner." Marshall said laying Chase down on the couch. Chase jumped up on the arm of the couch so he could keep an eye on his daddy. "Well if you look it up you'll find that Silenus Montoya owns this entire place, including everything built in a ten mile radius." Silenus said chuckling. "You own this place?" Shade asked laying his baby on the counter. Winter went close to the stove to see what Silenus was making. She was making: sausage, waffles, bacon, and biscuits. "So that's why I saw you in the lobby. Oh baby don't get close to the stove." Shade said grabbing Winter and giving her to Marshall to set on the couch with Chase. "Yup, I found out what number and floor your room was on and so o decided to make breakfast for you all in the morning." Silenus said putting some sausages on the plates with bacon. "I am also almost done." Silenus said putting waffles on the plates. "Um thanks I guess, but that's still no reason for scaring our littles!" Shade said getting mad. "I am super sorry about that to." Silenus said filling bad as she added biscuits to the plates. "Don't apologize to me, apologizing to them. They're the ones that got scared!" Shade said pointing to Chase and Winter. "I'm sorry babies. Do you forgive me?" Silenus asked. "Sure!" They both said smiling and wagging their tails. "Aww thank you!" She said grabbing the plates. She then set the plates on the table that was to the left of the living room. "Can you cut the baby's food?" Silenus asked Marshall. "Sure." Marshall said walking up and grabbing a knife to cut the food into little pieces. "Thank you." Silenus said. Shade took the first plate Marshall was done with and put it on a high chair plate. "Come here Winter!" Shade said. Winter came walking over and looked up at her daddy. Shade picked her up and buckled her into the high chair. "Eat up baby." Shade said smiling and putting a bib on her. Marshall put the other plate with chopped up food on another high chair and put Chase in it. Marshall sat beside Chase and Shade sat beside Winter. "So when did you build this place?" Shade asked Silenus. "About ten years ago." Silenus said putting some sausage in her mouth. "Why did you build it, it wasn't in the bio of the place online?" Marshall asked interested. "Well let's see." Silenus said trying to remember. "I guess the idea came to me back when we were in eighth grade. I found out that a bunch of people out there were still wanting a place where they could be loved like a baby again. So when I became eighteen I decided to use most of my money and invest in this place. In the first year over a million different people came, and more and more came from around the world to stay here. So over the years I started to build more and make this place better." Silenus said taking a sip of coffee that she made earlier. "Wow that's kinda nice. No wonder we haven't seen you in so long." Shade said getting himself some orange juice. "Can you get me some too Shade?" Marshall asked. "Sure." Shade said poring and extra glass. Shade came back over to the table and gave Marshall the other glass. "Thanks." Marshall said. "No problem Marshall." Shade said smiling and sitting back down. "So you guys having fun?" Silenus asked. Shade looked over and saw Winter playing a little bit with her food. "Sweetie don't do that." Shade said moving her paws. Winter just giggled happily and started eating again. Shade then started to muzzle her. "Silly puppy." Shade said as he went back to eating. Marshall looked over at Chase who was almost finished with his food. Marshall kissed him on the head. "Your my cute little Chasey aren't you?" Marshall said already knowing the answer. Chase let out a happy little giggle and put some bacon in his mouth. Marshall chuckled and looked back at Silenus. "So, do you have a little of your own, or are you one?" Shade asked very interested. "Yes I have a little of my own, he is at the top floor playing with these two nice pups I met." Silenus said giggling. "Who are the two pups you met?" Marshall asked. "I think their names are... let's see, oh yeah their names are Rocky and Zuma! Lovely little couple." Silenus giggling. "Wait Rocky and Zuma!" Marshall said almost diving over the table. "Yeah, I asked if they could look after my little puppy." Silenus said looking at Marshall. "Why, are they not good at babysitting?" Silenus said getting worried and sitting up. "No, they're actually really good at it, but they're my friends!" Marshall said about to run to the door. "Wait Marshall!" Shade yelled stopping Marshall from running out. Marshall came back over and sat down again. "Can you please bring them over? Bring your baby if you want." Shade said getting Winter out of her high chair since she was done. Marshall then got Chase out and kept holding. "Alright I'll be back." Silenus said walking out. "Now I need to get you changed, you messy eater!" Shade said nuzzling Winter. Winter gave a cute little happy giggle. "Yeah, I need to get you changed too, your a messy eater as well." Marshall said giving Chase a kiss on his cheek. Shade took Winter into the master bedroom with a onesie in his hand and Winter in the other. Marshall took Chase into the nursery and shut the door behind him. "Alright Chase, Ready to get into your onesie?" Marshall asked smiling. "Only if I get a bottle of milk after!" Chase said giggling. "Alright then, deal." Marshall said waking over with a new onesie. This onesie was white with sugar cookies all over it. Marshall took off Chase's footie pajama's and set it down on the ground. "Oh my goodness, you need a diaper change sweetie. You are absolutely soaked!" Marshall said grabbing an extra diaper. "Hey baby, your ready for your favorite onesie?" Shade asked holding up a onesie. The onesie was full white but had unicorns and rainbows all over it. "Yus daddy!" Winter hollered. Shade took Winter's footie pajama's off and was immediately surprised to see that she had almost wet through her diaper and it was about to leak. "You need a change baby." Shade said chuckling. "But the diapers are in the other room and Chase is getting changed in there. I don't fink Marshall would like it if you popped in unannounced." Winter said starting to worry about a rash. "Don't worry baby, you know I always keep a spare diaper in my hoodie pocket." Shade said giggling. Shade pulled out an extra diaper from the hoodie' pocket. Shade liked to wear hoodies, it reminded him of his brother. "Yay daddy!" Winter yelled. Marshall finished up Chase's diaper change and he heard a knock at the door. "Marshall I need changing supplies pronto!" Shade said putting Marshall in a sense of rush. Marshall grabbed everything and then threw it into Shade's arms and closed the door. "What was that all about daddy?" Chase asked worried. "It was just Shade, probably needed changing supplies for Winter. Winter may have done the same thing as you!" Marshall said giggling and grabbing one of Chase's paws to tickle. Chase started to have a laugh attack because it tickled so much. "Nu daddy stop!" He yelled as Marshall kept going. "Nu!" Chase yelled as he kept laughing. About a minute after tickling Marshall was finally done. Chase was so out of breath he was panting. "Got you baby." Marshall said giving Chase a little kiss. Chase giggled in happiness. Marshall then grabbed the onesie and put it on Chase which he loved the feeling of it. "Do you like it Chasey?" Marshall asked. "Yueh, it's so suft and warm." Chase said with a little bit of a lisp. Marshall chuckled and picked Chase up and walked out of the door. He then went over to the master bedroom and knocked on the door. "You almost done in there?" Marshall asked. "Yup I'm just finishing up!" Shade said as he picked up Winter. Shade walked over to the door and opened it to be greeted by Marshall. "How about we wait on the couch." Marshall said smiling. Both Chase and Winter were smiling and wagging their tails while looking at each other. Shade then started to tickle Winter's belly, her most ticklish spot. "Nu Daddy top!" Winter cried. Winter was laughing up a storm and she couldn't stop because Shade wouldn't stop. "Want me to stop?" Shade asked smirking. "Yus pwease!" Winter giggled as Shade finally stopped. Marshall and Shade went over and sat on the couch and put Winter and Chase on the ground to play with all the toys that were around. "When is Silenus getting back?" Shade asked. "I'm not sure." Marshall said. Chase and Winter were playing tug toy with a cute caterpillar. Shade and Marshall started laughing at the funny sight. Chase ended up winning and Winter went flying and landed on her daddy's lap. Shade started petting her head as she giggled happily. Chase got a little jealous and he walked up to Marshall and put his head on Marshall's lap. Chase began to whine and Marshall started petting his head. Chase giggled happily too and started running around the room. "Well your full of energy!" Marshall said laughing. "Yeah Chase, calm down!" Shade said chuckling. Winter hoped off of her daddy's lap and started to chase after Chase. "At lease by nap time they'll sleep." Marshall whispered into Shade's ear. Shade chuckled and agreed. They were watching their little pups run around until they both got dizzy and fell on the ground. They both started laughing at how silly it was until they heard a doorknob start to turn. Winter hoped up into Shade's lap and went behind him looking at the door. Chase jumped up on the couch and landed his head on Marshall's lap, looking at the door. The door opened and Rocky and Zuma came walking in. "You know, these places are really nice." Rocky says. "You can say that again dude." Zuma said agreeing. They then landed eyes on Marshall and Shade. "Hey guys, we didn't know this was your room!" They both said chuckling. Silenus entered behind them. "Where's your puppy?" Marshall asked. "His father ended up coming home early." Silenus said chuckling. Shade noticed the nervousness in her voice. "Alright." Shade said getting suspicious. Chase and Winter ran out from behind their daddy's and ran up to Zuma and Rocky. "Missed you guys!" Chase said hugging Rocky. "Whewe have yu been?" Winter asked cuddling with Zuma. "Sowwy guys, we wewe busy." Zuma said smirking and looking at Rocky who winked. "I thought we were all gonna play?" Chase asked confused running back to Marshall. "Do you want to?" Marshall asked. Winter ran back to Shade and gave him a kiss. Shade started to blush and Winter just giggled. "I'm cool with it." Rocky said wagging his tail. "Yeah, me too!" Zuma said agreeing and smiling. "You babies are so funny." Silenus said chuckling. Winter kept staring Silenus down as if she wasn't saying something. "What's wrong?" Silenus asked noticing how Winter kept staring at her. Winter ran behind her daddy trying to dodge answering her. Winter started giggling and ran up to Chase. "Tag your it!" Winter said jumping off the couch and running. "Your on!" Chase said going after her. Everyone started laughing and looked at each other. Zuma then started to run after both of them and bring them back to the group. Zuma found both of them and grabbed them and set them back on the couch. "Hey!" They both yelled. They tried to run off again, but their daddy's caught them before they could. "Daddy?" Winter asked confused. Shade never held Winter down and she started to get worried. "Your not in trouble baby, just listen for a second." Shade said smiling and petting her head. Silenus was chuckling at the sight of Winter who was almost an adult pup was acting like a little puppy. Shade was much bigger and stronger then Winter but Winter didn't care, she loved her daddy even if he looked scary. "Alright everyone listen closely!" Rocky said. "I have an idea!" Marshall said. "What is it Mawshall?" Zuma asked opened to ideas. "What if we all play hide and seek in the park?" Marshall suggested. "I like the idea!" Winter said jumping up. "Well that's one vote." Shade said chuckling. Silenus started to giggle but she kept looking at Shade. "I want to!" Chase said giggling. "I'm game." Rocky said smiling. "Suwe, it'll be fun." Zuma said wagging his tail. "I'll do it too." Silenus said chuckling. Marshall and Shade grabbed everything from their hotel room and put it all in the diaper bag and walked out of the room. Everyone was waiting on them and once they finished they went down the elevator and walked out of the hotel and entered the park. "Alright, no one run off yet." Shade said looking at Winter and Chase. They both blushed and giggled. They were about to run but they got back under their daddy's. "Alright, who's gonna be it?" Marshall asked. They all looked at each other and then looked at Silenus. "Silenus!" They all yelled and ran off. "Sneaky little buggers!" Silenus said chuckling. Silenus turned her head and counter to thirty seconds. "Ready or not here I come!" Silenus yelled out. Silenus started walking around the park and she saw a little gray tail. She pounced at it and Rocky ended up yelping in surprise. "I'm sorry did I hurt you?" Silenus asked worried. "No, you just really surprised me!" Rocky said getting up. "Well, it seems I found you so you have to help me." Silenus said smirking. "Alright, let's go." Rocky said walking in the opposite direction of Silenus. Rocky thought something was off about Silenus, like something wasn't right with her. "I'm gonna find you guys!" Rocky hollered out. Rocky heard someone run behind him and he turned around really quick but he didn't see anyone. "Hey Winter, what's that blackish blur? Do you see it too?" Chase asked since he was hiding with Winter. "Oh that, it's just daddy." Winter said chuckling. "Wait what?" Chase asked. "Yeah, even though daddy went to medic school and it was one of his specialty's, he has another and that's that he is super fast!" Winter said confidently. "Wow, he's super fast!" Chase said surprised. "What was that?!" Rocky asked himself. Silenus kept walking and she heard a little chuckle. She looked over under a tub and found Marshall barely keeping his laughter in. "Awe you found me!" Marshall said laughing and chuckling. Marshall got out and started walking in a different direction so they could cover more ground. All that was left was Shade, Winter, Chase, and Zuma. Rocky went up the ladder's to the slide and looked out and around trying to see if he could find them. As he past the slide a little bit of brown caught his attention. Zuma was sitting there in the darkness of the slide. "Found you Zuma!" Rocky said going down the slide. "Wocky no!" Zuma yelled out as Rocky hit him. They came down the slide and landed on each other. They both laughed and got up. Just then Rocky heard the sound of footprints behind him again and he looked. "What was that?" Zuma asked noticing the sound too. "I'm not so sure." Rocky said scratching his head. "Where are you babies?!" Silenus hollered out. Silenus heard a little giggle from inside a tunnel and when she looked inside she saw two little giggling babies. "Found you guys!" Silenus said laughing. "Awe man!" Winter and Chase said getting out. "Well, all that leaves is Shade and Zuma." Marshall said walking over to Silenus. "Actually, I found Zuma." Rocky said walking over to them. "Well I guess that leaves daddy!" Winter said giggling. "What's so funny?" Marshall asked. Chase was also giggling. "Come on little dudes, tell us." Zuma said interested in why they were laughing. "It's funny, because daddy is over there." Winter said pointing. Everyone looked where Winter was pointing and sure enough Shade was there. Shade was spinning slowly on a little twist thing they had. Everyone started laughing at how funny Shade looked, and they all walked over to him. "Wow Shade, I guess you win." Marshall said chuckling. "Really everyone was found?" Shade said laughing. "What's so funny Shade?" Zuma asked. Silenus was chuckling too with Winter and Chase because she found out what he was doing. "I was running around you guys the whole time!" Shade said laughing at how dumbfounded Marshall, Zuma, and Rocky looked. "Wait, so you were that blackish blur?" Rocky asked getting closer to him. "Yup, that was me alright. Besides my skill in medical treatment I was also the fastest in the whole pup school for years." Shade said confidently. "Wow weally?" Zuma asked. "Yeah, everyone called me 'The Black Blur' back then." Shade said chuckling at the old times. "Well ain't that just a kick!" Silenus said joking. "Hey we never talk about that!" Shade said laughing. Everyone started laughing at what Shade said. "What do you mean?" Rocky asked. "I was kicked in my leg and it broke back in second grade." Shade said looking at his once broken leg. "What did you do to desewve to get kicked thewe?" Zuma asked. "I made this other pup made because I was faster than him and he didn't like it so, while I was running he kicked me in the leg. It was a super fun trip to the ER." Shade said joking. The pups laughed at how bored he sounded while saying that sentence. "Anyway, who's turn is it this time?" Marshall asked. "Well, sense Rocky was found first, he's it." Silenus said. "Alright, everyone run!" Rocky said as he turned his back to them. Rocky then started to count. Rocky was counting and he heard a tiny little giggle behind him. Rocky also just finished counting too. "Ready or not here I come!" Rocky said jumping around doing a one eighty. When Rocky finally hit the ground he looked around but no one was there. He then heard another giggle and he looked behind him but nothing. He then looked under him but no one was there. "Where are you?" Rocky asked getting annoyed. He then recognized a weird shaped Shadow that came from above him. When he looked up he started chuckling. "Boo!" Winter yelled. "How did you get up there?" Rocky asked. "I'm very good at climbing!" Winter hollered at him. Both Rocky and Winter started chuckling and Winter jumped down into Rocky's arms. "Fanks." Winter said giving Rocky a little lick on his cheek. "Hehe, no problem." Rocky said putting her down. Rocky and Winter both started walking around trying to find everyone. After thirty minutes they finally found everyone. They all sat down and started telling jokes and laughing. "Chase come here baby." Marshall said. Chase walked up to Marshall and sat down. "Is somefing wrong?" Chase said worried. "No baby, I just need to check your diaper." Marshall said chuckling. "I need to check Winter's too. Winter sweetie come here!" Shade hollered. Winter cake over and licked her father's cheek making him chuckle. "I need to check your diaper baby girl." Shade said. Winter put her ears down and turned around, Shade then proceeded to check her diaper while Marshall checked Chase's. "Chase you need a diaper change." Marshall said laying him on the ground. "Not in front of everyone!" Chase said blushing and whining. "It'll be alright baby, calm down and relax so daddy can change you." Marshall said trying to calm Chase down. Upon hearing the soothing words of his father, Chase started to calm down at how soothed he was. "Good baby." Marshall said unbuttoning Chase's onesie. Chase started to tear up and sob because he doesn't want everyone to watch. "Alright Winter, I need to get you changed too." Shade said laying Winter on a changing mat that he laid out on the bench. "Daddy, pwease not in fwont of evewyone." Winter said blushing and tearing up. Winter has always resorted to baby talk when she was embarrassed. "It'll be alright sweetie, it'll be over as soon as it starts." Shade said giving her a kiss. Marshall took Chase's diaper off and wiped his area. Chase shook when the wipe hit his fur because it was pretty cold. "Sorry baby, should've warned you." Marshall said giving Chase a kiss on his head. Chase let out a squeal and laid still so Marshall could hurry and get it over with. Marshall slid a new diaper under Chase and put some rash cream around his area and powdered him. He then pulled the diaper up and taped it up. "There we go baby, all better!" Marshall said helping Chase up. Marshall gave Chase a little kiss and Chase giggled in happiness. "That's my little Chasey." Marshall said tickling Chase. Chase started laughing like crazy. Winter smiled and started giggling at the sound of Chase laughing. "Wait one second sweetie, I'm almost done." Shade said holding her down. "Huwwy Daddy, pwease I wanna's pways wif Chase!" Winter whined. Shade pulled the diaper up and taped it. "I think it's gonna be a while until you play again." Shade said nuzzling Winter. Winter giggled and then looked up at her daddy. "Wut du yu's mean?" Winter asked confused. "It means you two are gonna take a nap." Marshall said picking Chase back up and kissing him. Chase started tearing up again and so did Winter. "But, I dun't's needs a nappy!" Winter protested. "Me neither!" Chase said agreeing with Winter. "Yes you little puppy's do, your all cranky without your nap." Marshall said nuzzling Chase. Chase giggled but immediately frowned right after. "Please don't make us." Chase begged. "I'm sorry but you puppy's are getting your nap." Shade said entering the door with Winter crying in his chest, Marshall followed after him with Chase in his arms. "But we's dun't needs nappys!" Winter cried out still sobbing in her father's chest. Her tears were about to soak right through his hoodie and so he moved her to look her in the eyes. "I know you don't really like nap time but you need, trust me you'll feel better after your little nap." Shade said wiping away Winters tears and booping her on the nose. Winter giggled and sniffled. "Otay." She said as she buried her nose deep into her daddy's hoodie. Marshall opened up the nursery door and walked in with Shade. Marshall put Chase down on the crib first and then Shade put Winter down. Marshall gave Chase officer bear because he couldn't sleep without him. "Fank yu." Chase said closing his eyes. Shade gave Winter her stuffed husky because she loves to cuddle with it. They then gave both of them bottles of milk to drink and get sleepy. "Happy dreams Chasey, sleep well." Marshall said giving Chase a little kiss on the head. "Hope you dream well sweetie, so you in an hour or two." Shade said giving Winter a kiss. They both started suckling on their bottles of milk as their daddy's walked out of the room. Winter finished before Chase and dropped her bottle on the ground. "Oops, sowwy." Winter apologizes because when the bottle dropped Chase jumped a little. Chase then finished his bottle and pushed it on the ground. When the bottle hit the ground Winter jumped In surprised. "Oh, sowwy. I didn't mean tu scawe yu." Chase said as Winter snuggles closer to him. "It's otay." She said as she snuggled up to his side. Chase is quite bigger then Winter because he is older and had more time to grow. "Um Wintew, what awe yu duin?" Chase asked blushing. "I'm cowd and I was hoping yu's wouwdn't mind if we snuggled fow wawmth." Winter said snuggling closer and closing her eyes. "Sweep tight Chase." Winter said as she fell asleep. Chase sat there for a little while and closed his eyes. After a while of sitting there with his eyes closed he finally fell asleep but what he didn't expect is that he started to dream and it felt super real.
"Chasey are you there?" An anonymous voice asked. "Huh? Wha-what? Hewwo?" Chase asked waking up and being surprised. "It's alright little one, I'm here." The voice said. Chase felt arms wrap around him and get pulled up. He was then pushed against something, maybe a chest or something else. "Who awe yu?" Chase asked looking at the pup who was holding him. "What do you mean silly?" They asked. Chase looked down at his body but most of it wasn't there! There was just a puppy's body. "Wait what did you do to me?!" Chase asked getting hostile. "Calm dow little one, I just need to talk to you real quick." The voice said setting Chase on a couch. Chase could see fully well at this point and he looked at where the voice came last. A nice looking wolf was sitting there smiling at him. "Um... what's youw name?" Chase asked getting nervous. "My name is Rosie." The wolf said introducing herself. "Nice tu meet yu, I'm Chase." Chase said wagging his tail. She looked harmless enough and she seemed nice. "I came to tell you two things Chase." Rosie said getting serious. "Whut is it?" Chase asked getting interested. "Listen carefully. Silenus, I know you don't trust her all that much but please give her a chance. She used to have a boyfriend and a little pup, but then something happened." Rosie said looking away and blushing. "What happened?" Chase asked looking at her with worried eyes. "A bad accident happened and both of her loved ones died because of it. She sewed the person for not looking where he was going and not driving like a responsible adult." Rosie said annoyed. "Oh, I'm Sowwy." Chase said snuggling with Rosie. Rosie started to pet his little head. "Don't worry, it's not your fault." Rosie said. "Whut was da ofew fing?" Chase asked snuggling closer to Rosie. "Take good care of Mom." Rosie said walking away. "Wait! Who youw mommy?!" Chase screamed. Chase then heard a whisper in his ear. "Take good care of Winter." The whisper said. Chase then woke up in the crib crying. "Chase what's wwong?" Winter asked snuggling closer to Chase trying to make him feel better. "Uh, it was nothing. Just a bad dream." Chase said sniffling. "Weww, i's hewe fow yu." Winter said hugging Chase. "Fanks." Chase said hugging back. They both fell asleep after five minutes of laying there in each other's arms. Marshall walked in fifty minutes after they fell asleep again. "They've been asleep for an hour and thirty minutes, I think it's time to wake them up." Shade said walking in behind Marshall. "Yeah your right." Marshall said. Marshall walked up to the crib and shook Chase lightly. "Wh-wha Daddy?" Chase asked tiredly. "Yeah Chasey, it's time to get up." Marshall said kissing Chase on his head. "But i's So comfys!" Chase protested as he stretched. "Do you fill better?" Marshall asked. "Yus, why?" Chase asked confused. "I told you that you'll feel better if you took a nap." Marshall said chuckling and wagging his tail. Chase blushed and looked away trying not to admit that Marshall was right. "Come here baby." Marshall said picking up Chase. Chase yawned and stretched again making Marshall laugh as he checked his diaper. "Your such a funny baby, and a soggy one too." Marshall said chuckling. Chase blushed a dark red as Marshall put him on the baby changing station. Shade started to pick up Winter and he put her head on his shoulder while holding her, one arm around her back and the other holding her cushioned butt. Winter felt something was off and opened her eyes. "Huh, Daddy?" She asked. "It's alright baby, it's just me. It's time to get up, besides you need a change anyway." Shade said bouncing Winter up and down lightly which made her feel safe in her daddy's arms. "Oh, otay." She said tiredly. She put her head back on Shade's shoulder and closed her eyes again. "There we go Chasey, all done." Marshall said picking Chase up, off the changing station so Shade could use it. "Thanks Marshall." Shade said putting Winter down on the changing station. Winter shivered as she hit the cold table. "Sorry baby, I should have warned you." Shade said giving her a kiss on her tummy. Winter started to giggle a little bit but she was still super tired. "Do you feel better after your nap?" Shade asked chuckling. "Ye-Yeah." Winter said blushing and stretching. "Woah, careful there baby, you about kicked daddy." Shade said laughing. "Sowwy." Winter said yawning. "It's alright baby." Shade said undoing the tapes on Winter's diaper. "You Alright baby?" Marshall asked Chase who wouldn't quit yawning. "Yus, I'm justs vewy tiwed." Chase said stretching out again. "Hehe, you silly puppy, no need to stretch so much!" Marshall said nuzzling Chase. Chase let out happy giggles and pulled Marshall into a hug, and Marshall accepted it and hugged back. "I love you Chasey." Marshall said kissing Chase's neck. "I wuves yu tuu." Chase said kissing Marshall's cheek. "You two done?" Shade asked while holding Winter. Winter had her head resting on Shade's shoulder because she was still pretty tired. "I guess she didn't want to wake up." Marshall said chuckling. "Yeah, but after she has another bottle of milk and gets out in the sunlight she'll want to play some more." Shade said bouncing Winter lightly. "She is a little cutie." Marshall said tickling Winter a little bit. Winter started to giggle and kick so Marshall stoped So his friend wouldn't get hurt. "It's okay you can keep tickling her, her little kicks barely hurt, except if they hit you in the eye like she about did to me earlier." Shade said chuckling and joking. "I says i's was Sowwy!" Winter said getting a little mad. "I know baby, I was just joking." Shade said bouncing Winter a little bit more. "Well let's go and let them play before the sun starts to set because, when the sun sets we best be getting home." Marshall said to Shade while playing with Chase. "Alright, let's go baby." Shade said carrying Winter out of the building with Marshall not far behind him. Chase closed his eyes in shock as sunlight came into his view. Winter squinted a little and then opened her eyes and looked around, she held on to her daddy though and didn't let go. Marshall let Chase down to wall but Shade kept holding Winter. "Are you gonna put her down to walk with Chase?" Marshall asked. "Do you wanna walk with Chase sweetie?" Shade asked nuzzling Winter. Winter giggled happily and looked her father in the eyes. "Nuh Fank yu." Winter said reaching for her father and giggling. "I guess that's a no." Shade said chuckling. Marshall laughed and picked Chase back up so he didn't feel left out. Chase snuggled up to his daddy's chest and let out a giggle. "Hehe, are you comfortable little one?" Marshall asked chuckling. "Hehe, maybes." Chase said giggling and burying his head into Marshall's chest. "Well isn't that cute." Shade said looking at Chase. Chase started to blush a dark red and buried his head even deeper. Both Shade and Marshall started to laugh. They kept walking and before they knew it they were at the car. "Well, I guess sense the sun is already going down, you guys want to get home?" Shade asked Marshall, Rocky, Zuma, and Chase. "Yeah, we best get back." Rocky said opening the back door for Zuma. "Thanks dude." Zuma said kissing Rocky on the lips and making out with him. "Let's leave them do their thing." Marshall said pulling Shade over to the other side of the Jeep. "Well, I'm gonna miss you Marshall. Hey maybe we can come by and stay a while so Winter and Chase can play!" Shade suggested. "Yeah, I like that idea." Marshall said opening the other back door to the Jeep where Chase's car seat was. Marshall then started to put Chase in his car seat. "Well, I'm gonna let you guys go. Bye Marshall." Shade said walking off. "Bye Shade!" Marshall yelled as Shade walked out of his view. "Alright, everyone get in!" Marshall said hoping into the driver's seat of the car. Rocky and Zuma stopped making out and got in the car. "We all ready to go?" Marshall asked. "Yus!" Chase yelled pushing his paws out. Everyone started laughing and Marshall pulled out of the parking lot and started on the way back home. "Hey Shade." Silenus said walking up to Shade. "Oh, hi Silenus." Shade said putting the diaper bag into the trunk. "So, your going back home huh." Silenus said sadly. "Yeah, we need to get going anyway if we hope to get back before the sun fully sets." Shade said opening one of the passenger doors on his car to put Winter into her car seat. "Are you, ever gonna visit me?" Silenus asked blushing. "Silenus, what are you getting at?" Shade asked getting suspicious. "It gets pretty lonely around here, it's boring just seeing people come and go. I want to take care of a baby I like." Silenus said blushing and putting her ears down. "What about your husband and child?" Shade asked getting confused. "I made it all up! I just wanted to sound cool, like I have a life outside of this, but truly I don't." Silenus said as she started to cry. "Silenus please don't cry, I have an idea." Shade said wiping Silenus' tears away. "What is it?" Silenus asked sniffling. "How about you come home with me. I have an extra bedroom and Winter could use another helper." Shade said making Silenus smile. "Wait really?" Silenus asked getting happy. "Yeah, come on, Winter will be happy to have a mommy like you." Shade said making Silenus get excited. "How long will it take you to pack up?" Shade asked. "I've had my bags packed for a while now, I was gonna try and move out today anyhow, but now since you asked me I'll be living with you. Give me five minutes and I'll be back with my stuff!" Silenus yelled running away. "Whut was dat aww about daddy?" Winter asked opening her eyes. "Silenus is going to be living with us from now on." Shade said petting his little puppy's head. "Weally?!" Winter asked getting excited. "Yup, is that okay with you?" Shade asked. "She wouwd be a nice mommy." Winter said hugging fluffy tighter. "I'm glad you like her then." Shade said smiling and kissing Winter's little head. "Hehe." Winter giggles happily. "I'm back!" Silenus hollered to them. Winter came over to the car with three suitcases. "Alright, Hey in." Shade said opening Selina's door. Silenus put her bags in the trunk and hoped up into Shade's truck. "You ready?" Shade asked Winter and Silenus. "I am!" Silenus said excited to see her new home. "Yay woad twip!" Winter yelled. "That's right sweetie!" Shade said. Shade started up the car and drove out of the drive way. As they were going down the road Silenus couldn't keep her eyes off the ABDL home. "I'll miss this place." Silenus said reminiscing of everything that happened in the hotel room she stayed in. "It'll be alright Silenus, you'll love your new home." Shade said chuckling. "I know I will Shade, thanks." Silenus said bringing out her phone.
Marshall was nearing the lookout. "Home!" Chase yelled out happily. "That's right buddy!" Marshall said chuckling. Marshall pulled into Chase's parking spot and got out of the Jeep. Marshall then unbuckled Chase and got him out. Zuma and Rocky ran off with Chase right behind them. "Turn back!" Marshall yelled at the Jeep. It then turned back to Chase's pup house. "Chase where are you?" Marshall hollered out worried about where he may have gone. "I'm here!" Chase said running up to Marshall. "Come on little puppy, it's time for bed." Marshall said picking Chase up and carrying him inside. "But I don't wanna sleep, I wanna play!" Chase said trying to get free of Marshall's hold. "Nice try Chasey, but it's bed time." Marshall said grabbing a warm bottle of milk. "But daddy I wanna mph!" Chase was cut short when Marshall put the baby bottle in Chase's mouth. Chase started to suckle on it growing more and more tired with each gulp of milk. "I think someone's getting tired." Marshall sang. Chase kept on suckling and when the bottle was three quarters empty he finally fell asleep. Marshall took the bottle out of his mouth and replaced it with a pacifier. "Love you buddy, goodnight." Marshall said kissing Chase's head. Marshall then walked over to a crib he had installed while they were gone and put Chase in it. Marshall then proceeded to cover Chase with his favorite blanket and gave him officer bear. "I love you Chasey, sweet dreams." Marshall said kissing Chase one last time. Chase did a happy giggle in his sleep and went back to peaceful sleep. Marshall giggled and then walked off humming.
Shade finally made it home and got out of the car. He went over to Winter's door and opened it, he found Winter already asleep. "Come here baby." He said softly getting Winter out of her car seat as best he could. "Is the little one already asleep?" Silenus whispered. "Yeah, grab your stuff and head on in, I'll show you where your room is after I put this little one to bed." Shade said bouncing Winter lightly. He then walked in the house and went straight to Winter's room. Shade put Winter in her crib and covered her with her blankie and kisses her on the head. "Goodnight baby, sweet dreams." Shade said walking out of the room and turning the light out. As Shade turned off the main light a little moon shaped nightlight lit up over Winter's crib. Winter was afraid of the dark but she loved how the moon always shines so Shade got her a moon nightlight so she would be happy at night. Shade walked over where Silenus was waiting. "Sorry." He said. "No it's okay, the little one's needs should come first!" Silenus said giggling. "Well, this is your room." Shade said opening a door. Inside was a bed, a dresser, and a night stand with a tv on it. "I know it's not much." Shade said. "I can make it my own." Silenus said walking in. Silenus set her stuff down and sat on the bed. "I'll unpack tomorrow, right now I'm really tired." Silenus said yawning. "Alright, sleep well." Shade said closing the door. Shade walked into his room and got under the covers. He turned off the light next to his bed and soon he fell asleep.
