Hello, I'm just going to put a quick intro here but you can skip it if you want to. I'm Demilia/Demi but you can just call me Demi. Or Dellie. Anyway, I am not excactly the happiest person out there but i'm working on it. For those of you who are here to tell me I am attention seeking and/or claiming i'm falsely diagnosing myself with mental disorders I have one thing to say to you: fuck off. No offence, but I get enough of that from people I consider close who are here to "support me". Anyway, my main issues i'd say are, I have "panic attacks" quite often. I put it in quotation marks because I am unsure of whether or not they're really panic attacks or not and im not here to promote or normalise mental health in any way possible, mental health is serious and it's not "cute". I will often have maybe 3-4 days a month I am really happy. I call them "happy days" (so original and thought out). The rest of the days I feel either sad or just nothing. So much for a "quick intro"....

Anyway, the main things that keep me calm are;

The stars, my bestfriend Brooke, Reading and Music: specifically slowed down and/or quiet music... a personal favourite to calm me down is called "The Less I Know The Better - Tame Impala" Although, I don't know if these will apply to you, so, some of the wider varieties of solutions are;

Candles, Fairy lights, Breathing exercises, Semi sentimental items ie your favourite blanket or something, Go a walk and Write about how you feel.

Some ways to assure you stay calm the previous days would be definetly get enough sleep and meditate before bed. I've also heard green tea helps but I wouldn't know as I haven't tried it (yet).
