"Hmmm. Well, first of all... believe in one another. Help one another. Rely on one another. Also escape all together. That's all!" Germany said, writing down on the paper, making it look like a formal document.

"I like it, its easy to understand. Alliance among nations like this is pretty interesting!" Spain cheered.

"There we go! Now we have to sign it!" America said taking the pen into his hand.

"O-Oh! Can you wait a moment, please?" Russia said with a puzzled frown.

"What is it?" China asked.

"I'm sorry. Im really going to put a wet blanket on it, but we're nations, and we're arbitrarily going to form an alliance with so many nations... It doesn't feel right." Russia stated with a regretful look. I frowned as I understood what he meant.

"I see what you mean." I said with a sad expression.

"But our signatures will only be valid inside this house, right?" England asked. Russia shook his head.

"Yeah, that's the problem. Forming an alliance here. I mean, We don't know who might get their hands onit. We'll leave it in a strange place where god-knows-who might see it.." Russia explained, looking away.

"I see... You have a point. Even if we exist as humans now, it doesn't change the fact that we are nations." Germany stated, making everyone's moods turn more sour.

"So we really cant make an alliance......" Italy said, shoulders drooping.

"I-I'm sorry. I'd want to form an alliance, too, if I could! But we have to think of the nations we bear on our shoulders.." Russia said looking down with a disappointed look.

"No, you are right. We have to be nations first. Your not wrong." I stated, grabbing his huge hand. His violet eyes gripped my hand, but he still had a frown on his face.

"If...... If possible, I also want to form an alliance, and stay like this..." France said with a wishful gaze.

"To be human." Japan stated. I felt my body jump as I smiled. I jumped to the table, startling the nations around me.

"That's it guys! Sign the papers with human names. Come up with names for yourselfs and we can make a alliance as humans. I mean my father had a human name when he married my mother and my uncle had a human name that we called him! I mean, I already have a human name!" I explained. The mood in the room lightened up as smiles graced their faces.

" I see! If anyone sees it, they wont understand it, because its not signed with nation names!" Canada said as he understood my words.

"A human name, not Romano.... Hmmm, sounds good. What do you think Veneziano?" Romano asked. Italy smiled.

"Yeah! I approve! If we do that, we can all form an Alliance!" Italy said with a grin.
