Third person's POV
Mabibigat na hakbang na naglakad si Jane papaalis sa unit ni Tan-tan,bawat daanan niya ay nagkakaroon ng yelo. Nanginginig na pinindot niya ang buton ng elevator para mabuksan,nang bumukas ito ay mabilis na pumasok siya doon at isinarado.
Napahawak si Jane sa gilid ng elevator at nagsimula nang tumulo ang luhang kanina pa niya tinatago noong nasa unit siya ni Tan-tan. She face them with a strong and fearless emotions. Itinago niya ang lahat ng sakit at lungkot habang kaharap niya ang mga ito.
She's a good actress...at napatunayan na niya ito nang maraming beses. Her heart is to strong the endure the pain she felt for the past years in her life. She always thought that showing your weaknesses is one of the reasons why people suffers a lot,So she decided to hid it.
But then....May puso parin siya,she will hurt and felt pain. Yun nga lang hindi niya pinapakita sa iba. Remaining strong is her best way to cover her broken heart.
Ang iyak ay nauwi sa hagulhol,she can't accept the fact that her friends lied to her. She can't accept the fact that her brother hide something from her,she can't accept the fact that she had a twin sister and she can't accept the fact that she didn't own her husband. When she told them that she doesn't care because Xerxes love her?she lied, because she care so much about what will happen if Hera will get Xerxes from her? She will be insane.
Admit it or not, she's falling for her husband. She started to feel like, Xerxes is her world now and she can't let it go.
Umayos siya ng tayo at pinunasan ang luha bago lumabas ng elevator. Malamig ang expression niya ngunit hindi na ito gaya ng kanina. Kalmado na ito at wala nang yelo sa paligid niya.
She get her phone and dialed Xerxes number.
"Hello Xe? Please pick me up" she blankly said,walang buhay ang maririnig mo sa boses niya ng mga sandaling iyon.
XERXES still when he heard Jane's voice, it's like lifeless. "Okay I'll be there wait for me" he immediately drove his car to Tan-tan's unit.
After an minutes, nakita niya si Jane na nakatayo sa labas ng building at tulala na para bang napakalalim ng iniisip nito.
Bumaba siya sa sasakyan at nilapitan si Jane. "Jane..."tawag niya ng hindi siya napansin ng asawa.
Napalingon naman ito sa kanya and their he saw the eyes of his lovely wife was swollen. He immediately grab her and look at her eyes.
"What happened?why did you cry?" Nag-aalalang aniya. Umiling-iling lang ang asawa at niyakap siya.
"Take me home please Xe...." Pakiusap nito sa kanya and he felt the pang of his chest. He's hurt, he's hurting seeing his wife like this.
He nodded and in just a snap they teleported to their room in his mansion. Inihiga niya ang asawa sa kama nila at niyakap ito. Jane's hug is tighter than him like she is scared to lose him.
He brush his fingers on Jane's hair "what happened love?" He asked as he continuing brushing her hair.
"Do you know that I love you Xe?"anito habang naka subsub sa dibdib niya. His heart sank and he can't breathe easily. Hearing her 'I love you' is can take his breath away. He can't believe it.
"You love me?"itinigil niya ang ginagawa at tumingin sa mata ng asawa. There is no hint that she is lying. Ang makikita lang sa mata nito ay pagmamahal at takot. Scared for what?
"I love you and I will die if I lose you Xe... you are my life now and I can't let anyone destroy us"tumulo ang luha sa mata nito kaya agad na pinunasan niya ito.
"Shh... don't cry, I love you and I will not leave you okay?no one can destroy us you are my other half" he kissed her forehead and hug Jane tighter. Hindi niya na nakita ang reaksyon nito sa sinabing 'other half'
A pain was cross in Jane's eyes as she heard her husband said. Mate... he's always saying that I'm his mate how can he be so sure about it?
She decided, selfish na nga kung matatawag pero hindi niya isusuko ang asawa niya. Mate or not she will fight even she's scared to lose on that battle...
"HINDI ka ba mag papakita?" Ani ng lalaking nakasuot ng berdeng balabal.
Lumingon ang babae at bumuntong hininga "this is not the right time... I need to see them first before we will get her"
Nagkibit balikat lang ang lalaking kasama nito "So....?go with the flow nalang ganon?"
"She is strong enough to take care of her self but she needs to be awake and aware,hindi niya makukuha ang taong yun kung mananatili siyang mangmang sa mga bagay-bagay" madiin at puno ng isang emosyon ang tinig niya.
The guy just sighed "okay.... that's your plan not mine,ang role ko lang naman ay bantayan ang batang yan. Nagiging alila na nga ako dahil diyan eh" ngumuso ito at nagreklamo.
Sinamaan ito ng tingin ng babae "it's your duty! you are her protector kaya magtiis ka! you can't just leave her alone like that you idiot!" Binatukan pa ito ng babae kaya napasimangot siya.
"Tsk....kung di lang kita ano...nako! kanina pa kita binugbog!"bulong niya sa mahinang tinig para hindi marinig ng babae
"We need to go.... pupunta na ako sa kanila" nagsimula ng maglakad ang babae kaya sumunod nalang siya dito hanggang sa mag bukas ito ng portal.
Pumasok silang dalawa at ilang sandali pa ay napadpad sila sa isang bundok,a forest to be exact.
"Nasaan tayo?"the guy ask.
"Nandito tayo sa lugar kung saan nandito ang kalahati niya,sa bundok makiling" sagot ng babae at nagsimulang mag lakad sumunod naman ang lalaki sa kanya.
