I was annoyed. No I was more than just annoyed. The only thing that could cure the feeling withering inside of me, as if I opened up a portal threw the girl inside and made her disappear. Forever. But that was not going to happen. Ever. So why waste time wanting to do something you know you could never do? Plus this girl was obviously good at fighting. "So what brings you here?" I questioned. Awkward Silence. Why was I the one to give her the tour? "LOCC.. You won't understand." She replied a century later.

"Actually they dumped me in this looney bin as well."

"Really? Why were you with them?"

"Urgh, me and my brother, orphans. How about you?" At least it was partly the truth.

"Same..." Her eyes flicked to the floor, I could tell she was lying. I wondered if she could tell I was lying.

"Anyways, which homeroom are you in?"

"8Z."

"Ok cool, I'm in the same class." I finish as I approach the familiar large set of double doors. I aggressively shove them open and they let out a loud bang when they hit the wall.

"The legendary cafeteria. Where I spend most of my time." The sarcasm dripping from my voice. She simply nods. Socially awkward much? I thought.

I proceed to show her the playing field and the gym, in my peripheral vision I can tell she is pondering something, and all too suddenly she stops walking altogether. She stays like for 5 seconds. "Are you telling the truth about LOCC?" she finally asked and I froze.

Lies upon lies swim through my mind. "Tell the truth." You really want me to tell the truth?"Urm.." Nice start Void. I criticize myself. "Yeah... My parents died in a car crash, drunk driver." She could probably hear my rapid heartbeat. "Ok then, you just don't have to know why I was in LOCC." What is this crazy girl on about?

"W-what do you mean?" I stutter.

"I mean that your not the only one with powers." She begins to walk again. Huh? What did she mean? I attempt to follow her but trip and fall flat on my face. I scramble up and run after her in a half crawl half run situation. A new hope ignited and fills my soul. I might not be alone anymore.

I catch up to her and clasp onto her wrist for dear life. She spins around hair whipping me. "You. Me. Roof. Now." My voice cracking a tiny bit as I said it. I need some explanations here. I continue to lead her by the wrist up the silent staircase. We reach the familiar steel door and kick it open. Light bursting through the now open doorway, "Mind the step." I caution while stepping over it myself. She quietly followed my steps. I let go of her hand and slammed the door shut behind us. "Explain," I said simply, folding my arms across my chest. "Which part?" She asked sarcastically, "Where you slap me or when I get caught by LOCC?"

"You know what I mean." My gaze fell to her boots, I look up keeping my head still, her expression hasn't changed, I sigh, dropping my arms to my sides. "Look I'm sorry for trying to fight you, fighting is my first reaction to anything so don't take it personally."

"Fine." Her blue eyes softened

"Can you please explain to me what you know, I thought I was alone all this time..." I could see she wasn't listening her eyes were fogged, looking past my shoulder like she was in a entire different universe! "Hello?! Are you even listening?!" I said in a sing-song voice and waved my hand in front of her face "Great" I muttered.
