Some times we let our anger get the best of us. We don't always think before we say something. We need to think before we say something though. We might not believe this at first but your words may really hurt someone even if you don't think they could.

Think before you say. Listen to the other person. Try and understand there point of view. Speak calmly and stop yourself from saying anything hurtful. Learn to understand and forget your selfish ways.
