"Hyung," Jeongin whines. "I'm bored,"
"I'm sorry baby," Minho says, reorganizing some of the books in his shop. "What do you want to do?"
"I don't know," Jeongin says, pouting. "And I thought I told you to stop calling me that,"
Minho turns around to face Jeongin, pinching his cheeks.
"Awe I'm sorry, did I make the baby mad?"
Jeongin swats Minho's hand away and Minho gets back to work.
"Anyways, I know that you like it wen we call you pet names, and you're our baby so I don't think I'll stop anytime soon,"
And Minho was right, Jeongin did like it when his boyfriend's called him pet names and showed him affection- but he would never admit it out loud.
"Where is everyone else?" Jeongin asks.
"Woojin hyung and Seungmin went to the grocery store, Hyunjin is probably at the lake and Chan hyung's working on a project over at Changbin's place," Minho explains, still focused on his work.
"Ugh," Jeongin says, pouting. "Chan hyung's always at Changbin hyung's house nowadays,"
"They have most of their classes together and Changbin's his partner for music so it makes sense. And I'm pretty sure they have some big project going on now," Minho says. "How about we go out for ice cream after I close the shop?"
"Really? Thank you hyung!" Jeongin says, smiling brightly. Minho chuckled at the boy.
"No problem," Minho says, flashing a smile to the boy. "there's a few books in the back room, can you grab them for me?"
"Of course!" Jeongin says, hopping up from his seat. He walks over to the back room, his eyes scanning for the books Minho wanted him to grab.
Jeongin quickly spots a stack of about five books in the corner of the room. He grabs them while smiling and makes his way back to Minho.
"Here you go Minho hyung," Jeongin says, handing the books back to Minho.
"Thanks Innie," Minho says, pressing a soft kiss to the top of Jeongin's head.
The bell on the front door suddenly rings, signally the entrance of a customer.
"Hello, welcome to-" Jeongin starts before turning around. "Oh, hi Channie hyung!"
Minho looks up from his spot and smiles at the older boy who walked in.
"Hi Innie, hi Minho," Chan says, setting his bag down on a nearby table. "I brought Changbin, I hope you guys don't mind,"
Jeongin looks to the left of Chan where he sees Changbin awkwardly standing, not having been noticed by the two males beforehand.
Jeongin waves at him and flashes a smile.
"Hi," Changbin says, greeting the boys.
"So," Jeongin starts, hopping over to the duo. "What are you two doing here? I thought you were working on a project,"
"We decided to take a break," Chan says, engulfing Jeongin into a hug. "Plus I wanted to see two of my favorite boys,"
Minho let's out a snort at what Chan said and rolls his eyes.
"Ew, get off me," Jeongin says jokingly, pushing Chan away.
"Oh shut up, I know you love me," Chan says.
"Nope, I hate you," Jeongin says with a smile, walking back over to Minho.
"Wow, I'm hurt," Chan says, laughing.
"Jeongin," Mingo says, getting the younger boys attention. "I'm finished, are you ready to go?"
"Yes!" Jeongin cheers.
"Where are you guys going?" Chan asks.
"I promised Innie I'd take him out to get ice cream since he's been bored and lonely all day," Minho explains. "Do you want to come?"
"I'm up for it," Chan says before turning to Changbin. "Do you wanna come?"
"Sure," He says and all of them get ready to leave.
"Let's go," Minho says, leaving and locking the shop door behind them as the three other boys exit.
The walk to the ice cream shop is quick, mainly because Jeongin decided to speed walk since he was excited.
Minho and Chan enter the shop to get everyone's ice cream as Changbin and Jeongin sit outside.
"So, you go to university with Chan hyung?" Jeongin asks, swinging his legs back and forth from where he's sitting on the bench.
"Yeah," Changbin answers. "We're both studying music production and I rap,"
"Woah, you rap?" Jeongin asks, looking at the elder. "That's so cool!"
"I guess," Changbin says, shrugging. "Do you do anything related to music?"
"I like to sing, mostly trot, but I'll sing anything really," Jeongin says.
"I haven't really met many people who like to sing trot," Changbin says. "Especially someone as young as you,"
"Yeah, I guess it's pretty uncommon for my age," Jeongin trails off. "How old are you anyways?"
"I'm nineteen," Changbin says.
"Oh," Jeongin says. "Chan hyung is twenty-one so I thought you were older,"
"Ah," Changbin says. "How old are you?"
"I'm seventeen," Jeongin says. "But I turn eighteen next month,"
"Nice," Changbin says.
The two other boys come out of the shop, carrying ice cream.
Chan hands Changbin his ice cream while Jeongin takes his from Minho.
"Thank you hyungs," Jeongin says happily, licking his strawberry ice cream.
"No problem," Minho says. "We saw you two talking out here, what were you talking about?"
"Oh!" Jeongin says. "Just random stuff. Did you know that Changbin hyung raps? He's cool,"
The boys laugh and Chan ruffles Jeongin's hair, earning a whine from the boy.
The four spent the rest of the afternoon hanging out and having fun.
