knock knock knock* vale was now standing infront of a building that was also fully built with wood and just a little bigger than his house, this was the village chief’s house.
“who’s there? “ an elder female voice was heard from behind the door of which Vale was standing infront of just before the door swung open
“morning granny Malrez “ Vale said as he slightly bowed his head, giving the old woman who looked to be in her late 60’s “young Vale, morning. We’ve have been expecting you since, please come in “ granny Malrez said as she ushered in vale to their home, after which sent back into a room to get the village chief.
After about a few minutes the woman came outside with another man slightly older looking than her, this was the village chief. Seeing him vale got up and gave a bow towards him as a sign of respect, the man just stared at him for a few second before speaking “what do we have here? So little vale has the darkness affinity but no unique skill, oh well “ the old man had a smile on his face as he had his hands on his chin like he was observing vale “oh I have the appraisal skill that’s why I know that without you telling me “ he continued as he noticed vale’s look of confusion at his statement

“so lets get things over with “ Vale said with a smile on his face “yes yes “ the village chief said as he brought out a small transparent ball from behind a shelf and place it on the table “now place both your hands on the ball “
After hearing those words, Vale did as told and placed his hands on the ball and suddenly a bright light came from it and suddenly on Vales hand was a small silver card. The card was his identification card , it had the following on it:

Not long after viewing it the card disappeared “just say the words identity whenever you need it and it would appear for about a minute “ the village chief said

“well firstly is to try and level up even if its to level 3”
“well that shouldn’t be hard for you, if I’m not mistaken, killing about 3 of the rabbit that u usually hunt is enough to raise your level to 2 and about another 5 should get you to level 3 therefore, about 8b of them and you should be good to go. By the way, since I’m sure you would aim for that many, I’d happily take 2 if you don’t mind“
“hahaha, sure thing granps, that wouldnt’t be a problem“ with a big smile on his face he then stood up and bowed respectfully before stepping out .

After about an hour, Vale was now in a forest area not far from the village, this was where he usually did his hunting, he had his bow on his right hand and his quiver with about 10 arrows in it, he had a small read bandanna on his head that packed up his black hair and had a brown leather armour on.
“yosh, time to level up“ Vale though to himself as he walked a little further ahead when he finally saw a small rabbit standing not far from, he immediately armed his bow with an arrow a drew the string aiming directly at the rabbit before releasing it, the arrow carried a good amount of speed that it cut the distance between them in an instant piercing the rabbit and instantly killing it
“so this is the awakening huh? I would normally miss my first few shot or even get the aim but the rabbit usually acts fast enough to dodge. With this I could even kill 10“ Vale had a big smile across his face as he walked closer to the dead rabbit pulling out his arrow from it’s neck and picked it up tying a rope around its neck and strapping it to his waist before moving further into the forest.
After about a minute walk further into the forest Vale came across another and using the same arrow which he had dragged out from the previously killed rabbit and underwent the same process as the previous , killing this new one before it could react then suddenly a *Ting* sound was heard by Vale [huh what happened that I got a notification tone] Vale though as he pulled out his status screen

“wow, I leveled up, thought grandpa said it would take about 3 for me to level up and I just killed my 2nd one, this is awesome. But why so fast huh? “vale thought to himself before a *ting sound was heard, then a message popped up saying:
“gift activation complete, all gifts (command, acquire, God eye and double experience) received“
“huh? What is this double experience that I got now?” Vale thought then focused on the double experience and then the information popped up.

This doubles experience gained from any form of action that is taken to gain experience.
“woah, this is crazy. With this I would get to level up really fast, thank you so much voice sama!!!“ Vale shouted joyfully as he read through”well if I’m right then if I needed 8 to reach level 3 then all I have to do is kill only 2 more rabbits“ Vale said as he strapped the newly killed rabbit to his wait before heading deeper into the forest.
The sun was finally setting and Vale had decide to head back to the village, he had killed a total of 5 rabbits and had figured that since he had gotten his level up to 3as planned, there was need for him to hunt anymore.
He had 5 rabbits strapped around his waist and was whistling his way through the forest then suddenly he heard a rustling sound coming from the bushes when suddenly a rabbit jumped out from the bush but this was not like the 5 Vale had killed, this was a black looking rabbit and it was double the size of the rabbits he had killed, while he was staring confusingly at it, the rabbit jumped towards him and opened its mouth wide like it wanted to eat him, with its two big fangs that protruded through its mouth, Vale leaped to his side in order to avoid the charge of the rabbit. As he had gotten a chance free from it, he decided to check the status “view “he then muttered to himself as the status showed infront of it

Well you would provide good experience points for me to level up with“ Vale said as an eerie smile spread through his face.
