A/N : The story is kinda boring in the first chapters with flashbacks as this is my first book and writing but it gets better later than, I promise.

The curtains add an orange glow to the morning light, every morning a perfect sunrise. It reminds Avneet of of the times she slept in a beach hut, watching the ocean emerge under the golden shimmer. For a moment her mind conjures the rhythmic waves, soft on the sandy shore and feels her heart beat to the same slow pace. She breaths in deeply. A new day has begun. She reaches her had out to the fabric, noticing how up close the light pours through every open space between fibres, no different from how it once came through the beach-hut walls, illuminating like brilliant fire-flies each dawn. The material is warm beneath her fingers, and when the sun floods the room, painting the colors anew, she feels a little of those golden rays soak into her skin.

Pretty luxurious , isn't it? Her mother had it prepared for her even though she said she just wanted a simple bedroom

Avneet's POV:

Our house- Our house is a share between my mother and my uncle. The upstairs part belong to my mother. Perhaps, my mother had put another staircase in which case, she doesn't have to face her brother. Why? Even I have no idea. Whenever, I try to ask her, she changes the topic. Eventually I have stopped asking her this coz, I don't want to upset her. After all, she means the world to me.

The Downstairs part belong to my uncle. My mama's elder brother. He along with his wife,my aunt, are really nice people. I wonder what must have gone wrong between them. Maybe it was all a misunderstanding.

She cleaned herself, dressed up, creamed her face with some sunblock, and set up to go to Sonu's house. Sonu's her best friend. More like a sister whom she can share anything with. Trustworthy, kind, sympathy, hard working, integrity, determined and the spirit of not giving up is all in her blood, in her soul. Overall, her father,Aatmaraam Tukaraam Bhide, is an honest teacher who teaches students not for money but for the student's future.
