"I'm fine love," she reassured him, wrapping her arms around his neck. "It's just a lot of stuff." Liv sighed, resting her head on Glen's shoulder. She was exhausted, as the energy had literally been sucked out of her being. How could she not feel like this? She'd been up since two in the morning it was now 4 in the afternoon and it wasn't like they'd had a lot of sleep in their last weekend with the wedding. Then she had to deal with her pregnancy, not something to be taken lightly and it made you exhausted as well. She just wanted to take Arthur home along with Glen, lay in bed and cuddle close together till next weekend. But it seemed they were out of luck when it came to it. Well, she'd simply have to deal with it as she closed her eyes for a split second.

Meanwhile, Glen felt his future wife fall asleep in his arm. his son was fast asleep in his hospital bed, recovering and it seemed like nothing had happened at all. Kate thought was exhausted and he could feel her relax in his arms, her body going soft in them as he secured her against him. Rubbing his hand up and down her arm he kissed the side of her head, she deserved to get some rest. She'd been up throughout the night, worrying about one child whilst being pregnant with their other child. He couldn't hold that against her as he laid his own head on top of hers.

two days later they'd settled back into their place, Glen had to leave for one festival performance. There was nothing more he wanted than to remain behind and spend time with Kate and Arthur. he had yet to confirm the plenty of rumours about them. Apparently, Kate appearing at the royal wedding of her what could be seen as her brother with what seemed like an engagement ring hadn't gone unnoticed.

His worry, however, had been his son, but he was currently trying his luck in jumping on his bed as Glen shook his head. It was amazing how quick he seemed to be bouncing back from surgery, he didn't seem to have one problem with it. He was sure that in an hour or two he'd go to Kate having exhausted himself, his hand on his stomach where he'd had surgery to rest. Oh well, he'd just have to relax a little, but little boys didn't tend to listen when you told them something.

"do you really have to go?" he heard Kate ask him as she slipped her arms around his waist, her cheek resting between his shoulder blades. "I do sweetheart, but I won't be long. It's just two nights love," he reassured her as he turned around in her arms, his own hands going to rest at the small of her back. "This summer we've got all the time to ourselves. I'll make sure the lads don't plan any more concerts besides the ones we've already got planned." Glen promised her, he was excited to get started on their wedding plans, he wished it was next spring already. To have it be Christmas so they could welcome their second child growing in his future wife's stomach, protected and cared for by her. He felt the small yet familiar curve of her tiny bump against his stomach and couldn't help the smile as he kissed her forehead.

"They better Power, or I might make them exhibit in my museum," she told him in a teasing tone as she took a hold of his lapels and he couldn't help but grin down at her. Only Kate could make a threat such as that. He knew she was looking forward to their shared holiday to Mystique with Kate and William and the kids, to have the summer in the countryside and spend it some more travelling. He couldn't wait either if he was being honest with himself. Luke was going to join them for a big part of it all and he couldn't wait to have the most important people to him be with him.

"I'll be back before you know it," Glen reassured her, they only had one more concert and then he was home for a week, then a few more concerts and then he was home for about 3 weeks. 3 more weeks that he could spend with his family, start planning, enjoying. He knew that they had to be present at the Trooping of the Colour, Kate as an unofficial member of the Royal Family had been present every year already since the year after Arthur's birth. Sometimes he wondered how it was possible that she'd managed to stay under the radar for so long. She'd been a part of so many family traditions and such in the royal family. But then again, this weekend he'd seen how much everyone loved her from her 'adopted' family. they loved her like she was truly Harry and William's sister and he could only admire that.
