I walked down the corridor of the arts department of our shitty school and headed to English first period. My long auburn hair flowing in loose curls down my back and my rucksack slung over my shoulder. I was late again and as I slipped through the doors and up to the English department corridors I bumped into a tall figure and it knocked my books all over the floor! 'shit!' I sigh and me and the tall figure hurry to pick up the books where he picks up a sheet of paper and begins to read it and I study his frame tall evident tired looking very black and extremely pale. Who is this guy? 'I'll be your anchor but am scared you'll drowned it's safer on the ground' he reads aloud and I blush a bright shade of red 'am late for class' I whisper and he hands over the paper and I scurry down the corridor and look back for that beautiful boy I'd just encountered. The bell rang and I slid into English. Mr Cowell is a dream so English was mostly doodling in the back of my book and staring at his perfection. The rest of the day blurred into a distant memory Untill three o'clock came it's Friday! I almost ran down the corridor and down the gates where I bumped into that boy and a few more unfamiliar faces 'whoooh there baby! watch it' the tall blonde says and the others snigger Untill the black haired leather clad sex god of a boy noticed me ' oh anchor girl right look am sorry for dropping your books earlier' he said between drags of a cigarette.
