"Teresa!" You screamed for your best friend, also your only friend who hasn't been sent into the maze. You heard her some running in there opening the door to the room.

"What?! Y/n you gave me a heart attack!" She told you putting a hard over her heart dramatically.

"Their leaving!" You screamed in excitement.

"Who? What?" She looked at you in confusion.

"Their leaving today T! Thomas and Newt all of them are leaving! Minho and Thomas found the way out!" She screamed and grab my hands and we started jumping up and down with excitement.

"Omg! I can't believe we get our boyfriends back after 3 years" Teresa started crying.

"Okay actually T Thomas was only gone for a week, if that" you rolled your eyes. "But Newt oh my- I haven't seen him in three years, god I miss him."

"Right." She giggled wiping her tears. "We better go get everything ready"

Newt and all the Gladers walked down a dimly lit hallway to end up and a door that read "exit"

"Your joking right?" Frypan asked as Thomas slowing pushed the door open.

On the other side of the door stood two girls, one with long black hair and blue eyes, another with (hair length) (hair color) and (color of eyes) eyes.

"Welcome boys I'm Teresa and this is y/n" Teresa introduced yourselves

"we are sorry for everything you have gone through in the Maze trails, we are also sorry for the people you lost. They not only meant a great deal to you but as well as us" You explained to them feeling a pang at your heart remembering Alby who was like an older brother to you before he was sent to the Maze.

"Y/n everything is going to be okay, I promise." Alby told you sitting in front of your chair.

"I'm so sorry we have to send you up there Alby I wish I didn't I just wish-" you broke down crying.

"Y/n stop it. Your trying to save the world, without you, how would anyone ever find the cure to the flare. Your the smartest one out of all of them, I will see you in a little while okay. I promise I'll see you again lil bit" Alby told you before hugging you and being drug off my guards to be prepped for the Maze.

Your flashback was interrupted by Newt yelling.

"What do you mean they meant something to you two?! If they meant anything to you then you wouldn't have sent them up there! You don't care about us! We are just some mice in yalls experiment!" Newt screamed at the two of you.

"Newt-" Teresa started but you cut her off.

"We don't care about y'all?!" You asked him and he nodded with a smug look on his face. You walked until you were only a few feet in front of him.

"It's really funny that you said we don't care about y'all since I almost got my self killed trying to save specifically you from being sent into the Maze because I know you don't remember but you more than anyone else mean so much to me. I loved you, we were together for 3 years before you were sent into the Maze. So yeah I care about you so much" you looked at his eyes, yours getting blurred from water collecting in them.

You looked at the others, "Y'all were all our friends before the maze so you all mean a lot to both of us" you finished.

"But come on in good time you will remember everything" Teresa smiled at them before turning and walking down a hallway the Gladers following them, you at the back with Newt.

"I'm sorry" Newt tells you.

"For what? You had every right to assume we didn't care" you told him.

"Yeah but I'm sorry I can't remember you or what we had or were" he told you sadly.

"You will soon Newt, I can promise you that" you stopped as he walked into the room were everyone else was.

"Top bunk!" Fry called but Minho ran and jumped up onto it.

"Gotta be faster shank" he triumphantly smiled.

Teresa slammed the door shut and everyone turned towards the door and started freaking out when they heard the noise of her locking it.

You pushed the intercom button so they could hear you and started talking. "I'm sorry but we need y'all to remember so please stay calm and we will be back to see y'all in a few hours. Ik this will y'all be overwhelming, just try to relax" you spoke softly then nodded at Teresa who pushed this button and gas filled into the room knocking everyone out.
