Getting to Know the Characters

(There's probably a more professional way to do this on here but hecc)

Roxanne Piper, age 16 

Species, ¾ pixie, ¼ elf

Personality: blunt, sarcastic/funny, witty, loyal, rebellious, cheerful, smart, leader type, creative, probably hiding lots of secrets (who can really tell?), the 'bad influence'

Appearance: Long, thick, curly blonde hair, blue/green eyes, French facial features, wears a leather jacket 80 percent of the time, beauty mark above her lip, pair of fluffy cream colored wings on her back, slightly pointed though average sized ears, spends about 3 hours every weekend perfecting her makeup,wears a silver locket with a picture of her father inside and small stones with strange powers

Rides a motorcycle everywhere despite her mother's protestations, has fire based magic but normally doesn't use it

Likes: pop rock, playing electric guitar, Sherlock (books and tv show), mysteries, adventures, being the boss, chilling with friends, fashion design, libraries, antiques, big dogs (the bigger and fluffier the better)

Dislikes: being humiliated, bossy people, disloyal friends, cats (she's allergic), ladies man type of boys, missing assignments, unfinished business

Enna Moonblaze. 

Spunky, sarcastic, she is pretty smart and usually sounds pretty serious so everyone takes her seriously when she tries to make a joke and she HATES it... science nerd. half elf. Has brown blonde hair usually in a french style braid. Sparking aquamarine eyes. Archer. Slightly pointed ears. Distinctly elvish facial features. Adventurer. Likes: the forest. Sci fi. Danger. Adventure. The lord of the rings. Lives with her eleven father. Her mother disappeared when she was 3. Wears a silver/blue pendant (an elven runestone that contains great power but she doesn't know)

Kanach' Terev 

Thick rugged blonde/white hair, grey blue eyes which change shade according to his emotions, pale but handsome, tall and fit, very intelligent and strategical, funny and sarcastic and everybody gets it even though he doesn't speak much. Always carries bow and arrows, very good at hitting every target. Loving but slightly afraid of Enna. Wears every shade of green possible. Human but acts a lot like an elf because he was raised by them. Orphaned at birth. Now age 18. Loves: books, architecture, archery, books, chocolate, and books. ( sci fi, lotr, Agatha Christie etc..)

Demetri Beckett 

Male, 17 years.

Shifter

5'11" with unruly dark brown hair and a medium skin. (Think Middle East/Indian). Oddly light green eyes for his complexion. Usually wearing an old pair of jeans and washed out t-shirt with some pair of sneakers and a sweatshirt or jacket. Unkempt but doesn't lack good hygiene. Adopted into a family of 3, although he's never been conflicted about it, his mother, sister Harper, and himself. Adapted to a lifestyle similar to Harper, Independent and usually keeps his input to himself. Although he comes across as aloof and guarded, he'll warm up if he decides you've earned his trust. Killing is always a last option when it comes to combat, but he won't hesitate to harm if threatened. He does carry a standard handgun. (Although he isn't aware of it at the beginning of the story probably idk ye but——>) Has the ability to shift into a Harrier [type of bird]. Demetri is easily scared by tight spaces (including hugs lol) and quick motions, although he himself has rather noteworthy reflexes when put under threat. He can be extremely stubborn if he has his mind set on an objective or idea, and struggles with prejudice, I.e. if an elf glared at him, he becomes suspicious of all elves (that's kinda an exaggeration but y'all get the idea) Originally known as Aarav Khatri, born to Anaya and Sai Khatri in the city of Jaipur, India. His parents shared his ability, but lost Demetri in a terrorist attack when he was about 2, where he was recovered and delivered to the Foster care in that region. His parents are still alive, but either don't care about Demetri's whereabouts or thought him to be dead from the attack. Anna Beckett fostered Demetri while Harper was still a toddler. After a few months of this, she registered to adopt him.-etcetera

Name: Kurt Fisher Male, 25 

Selkie

At 5'6", Kurt isn't the tallest guy on the block. He has clammy, deathly-pale skin, save for greyish-brown blemishes across his shoulders, back, and hands that are easily mistook for bruises. He is very thin, almost as if he is starving; no, rather that someone has sucked all of the fat off of his bones. He has many scars from stab wounds on his sides and back. His hair is matted, dark, and long, going almost to his waist. There are a few very small braids here and there, but most of his hair is untamed. In his hair, shells, jewelry pieces, sticks, and other objects have been woven in. His eyes are completely black. His face thin and graceful, and his nose, rather than being a defined feature, is blended into the surrounding flesh. He also doesn't have ears, only little holes in the side of his head. However, this fact is mostly concealed by his ebony hair. He has a few greyish freckles across his cheeks. His lips are grey, almost blue. He wears a grey poncho with white embroidery, but no shirt beneath it, and saggy cargo pants. He wears so many necklaces of found shells and beads (of mostly pink and blue shades) that it looks like they should weigh down his thin neck. He wears three beaded, colorful belts to keep up his pants as well, in red and yellow patterns. He doesn't wear any shoes. Across his shoulders is what appears to be a seal-skin cape, but in reality, it is his skin. As a selkie, when he takes off his clothes and puts on his seal-skin, he resumes his form as a fat, healthy harbor seal. He's a bit of a hobo, who prefers to scavenge in alleys and catch fish for himself than to actually get a job. He reeks of salt and fish, and from the dirt that covers his hands and feet and clothes, it doesn't look like he ever washes himself. He's trusted by the streets, and other bums and hobos are willing to talk to him to share information.
