Chapter Two: Race to Central Park

Up ahead, 'GTA 4's' Liberty City began to form ahead of the racers, the Brooklyn Bridge connecting the startline, as the drives prepare for the off. Engines began to rev, as the ground shook from the vibrations, while everyone's feet were twitching on the accelerator.

"First to the key." Cobalt announced, holding a fist up out of his car's window, as an orange light appeared on the start line.

"First to the egg." Galvatronous called back, holding a fist up as well

A green light went off, and a horn sounded. A moment later, a flare fired from Lady Liberty's torch, as it flew overhead. Then, it landed on the start line, and the race began!!!

All the cars race off the start line, some I.O.I cars being smashed away almost immediately. The McQueen/DeLorean/K.I.T.T racer launches forward, it's 900hp engine roaring and spitting fire from its exhaust pipe, while Kaneda's bike is right behind it. Bigfoot comes across a wall of wrecked I.O.I cars, so Galvatronous deploys three huge saw-blades from the front, slicing the cars up into tiny chunks, as they head onto the Brooklyn Bridge. At the same time, other cars were dodging left and right, heading onto the bridge, as they charge forward towards the city.

Parts of the bridge pop up with barriers armed with spikes on them, crushing and stopping some cars in their tracks, while other sections on the bridge drop cars and drivers down onto a second level, where the subway tracks are, making some cars crash into the trains, sending them flying across the bridge or off it, while the Gunter cars snake their way around, as the I.O.I cars get smashed up and destroyed.

"G, are you seeing this?" Cobalt asked, as he trails behind the 'Akira' bike, the two of them on the rail tracks.

"Yep. I see you." Galvatronous replies, from his position above on the roadway. "That's Kaneda's bike from the anime 'Akira'. That's a licensed skin over a standard frame. Pretty cool."

"No! Not the bike!" Cobalt snapped, dodging another crashed car, and sliding along, keeping up with the red motorcycle and its female rider. "The rider on the bike. I think that's ScarletArt3mis."

"THE ScarletArt3mis? The Sixer Fixer Knight?" Galvatronous asked questionably. "Are you sure that's her on that bike? It could be anyone..."

"It has to be her. It really is. There's no denying that hair." Cobalt replied back to his friend, his voice now sounding rather dreamy as he looks at the rider. "I've always liked that colour...." He snapped himself out, and focused on the road ahead of him.

At the end of the bridge, the road suddenly pops upward like a ramp, making cars barrel roll and backflip in the air. Some I.O.I cars crash before they can reach the other side or even roll over when they do, while the Gunter cars continue on, some of them getting knocked down.

Cobalt trails behind ScarletArt3mis, while some I.O.I cars are closing in on them, just as an 18-wheeler comes out of nowhere, and slides out into the road, stuck in a jackknife. ScarletArt3mis slides under the car, while Bigfoot goes around the car, with some I.O.I cars getting crushed or having their roofs and their driver's heads cut off. But, for Cobalt, he flips a switch, his car's wheels going into 'Hover Mode' as he slides under the vehicle, collects Coin from some of the cars that crashed, and puts them into his fuel, as he folds the wheels back to normal, and races on after the rider of Kaneda's bike, with other cars just behind them.
