Months after L's sensual encounter in the swamp he begins to notice a few strange symptoms arising.
He suddenly seems to have an unsatisfiable appetite for raw onions and swamp rats.
He recalls the hot heavy night, he had weeped for hours after knowing that he had taken the ogre he loved and absorbed him, although when he thought about it, it brought a certain sense of calm.
Just as he was reminiscing, he gets a jolt of pain in his lower abdomen the pain is so terrible his vision blacks out.
"What the hell?"
The pain subsides and returns once again leaving L doubled over in pain.
He decides he should go to the doctors.
After a number of rigorous tests the doctor finally returns to the room L has been waiting in.
"There's no easy way to say this but.. You're pregnant."
"I'm .. I'm what?"
"Pregnant"
"About eight months or so."
L leaves the hospital feeling a heavy weight on his shoulders.
Pregnant? How could this be?

A tear slides down L's cheek.
"For Shrek." He whispers.
One month later L is in the hospital giving birth, as he makes the final push a cry echoes through the room followed by a deep voice.
"All of you doctors get out of my swamp."
