I sat there with a fry hanging from my mouth. Did I hear her correctly? Is my mind playing tricks on me? Did she just....yes I know what I heard but it feels like I'm going insane. 'How is this possible', I kept asking myself. Did he see the video. OMFG he saw the video didn't he.
"Are you okay?" a voice asked me. My expressions must have bought worries to this voice. I can't speak. I'm at lost for words. My mouth opened and closed several times. I'm speechless. Zayn just commented under my post. It's a dream come true. But reality hits me again. What if he saw the video? What would he think of me?
"Wha....what did you say?" I stuttered, words finally forming.
"Lin look, I swear he just commented" she said giving the phone back to me. I hesitantly scrolled through the comments until my eyes landed on it. There it is. Those four little words that made my insides tingle. My hands sweaty, heart going at fifty beats per second. My cheeks are aching at how huge I'm smiling at this given moment.
"You're the cute one" it said. He just called me cute. Those words I captioned his photo with, he said them back to me. Zayn Malick just called me cute. My followers are gonna see this. They'll all be talking, but I didn't care for the attention. My 'boyfriend' just called me cute.
"Damnnnn, even I can't make you that happy. I'm 'jelly'. Alicia said while sipping her drink and looking at me. I snapledy head up to look at her and said.... "Alicia, I've never been this happy....I love you but I'm still shook right now".
"He called me cute.... He just called me cute!!!" I squealed. A few people turned giving me confused expressions but I didn't care at this given moment.
"Damn chill out....now I see why you don't like attention, people are staring" she whispered. I laughed.
"But it's nice to hear a celebrity called my best friend cute tho".
"I know right, I can't wrap my head around it. What do I respond and say? Maybe I should just like his comment and that's it" I rant.
"Do what your mind tells you. You think he saw the video?" She questioned.
"I don't care if he did....he just complimented me, that's all that matters. It's not everyday you get this". "I uhhh...I don't feel like going to the library anymore".
"What!?....are you shitting me right now. Wowwww I'm amazed. My best friend doesn't wanna go at the library".
"I just function to read right now.. I'm to jittery to be honest" I said with a laugh.
"Alright but I'm ready to go soooo..." Alicia got up from her seat and said.
"Yeah me to. I'll meet you in the car".
I got up threw away my things and ran outside. In no time we had reach my house.
" I'll see you tomorrow..oh and I'll pick you up" Alicia shouted.
"Ok... I don't think I be getting any sleep" I responded.
Laughing she took off and I unlocked the door and head to my room for a shower.
