Chapter 2: Ray, Tawa and Weird

'BAM!'

"Mr. Gomez!!" sigaw ng teacher ko. I looked at who the boy and and it's too cliche but he's the boy in corridor.

"Ugh, sorry. Nagmamadali lang. Late na kasi." he explained.

"Go to your seat." galit na sabi nung teacher.

"Psst." I called Heidi. "He's the guy." I told her meaning ung natanungan ko.

"Ahh." lang ung nireply nya sakin and went back to listening sa teacher.

Break time, pumunta lang kami sa canteen and bought foods then I went to the comfort room alone.

Pagkalabas ko ng cubicle, a group of girls talked to me.

"Hey, what's your name?" the girl na nasa gitna asked.

"Sorry, I don't talk to strangers. Bye." I said and lalabas na sana ako but she stopped me by holding my arm.

"Ang bastos mo din no? We're trying to be nice here." the girl on her left.side said. So is this the mean girls in this story? Bitch please.

"Oh really? Trying to be nice eh? Well I don't see it."

"What a bitch!" She shouted.

"Yeah, I'm the bitch and you're the witch. Happy?" I said then lumabas na sa cr.

Ugh. I guess nothing will change. Same old same old.

Honestly, wala lang talaga ako sa mood to talk to them. Hindi ko feel ung presence nila 'cause they look like a clown with those make ups on.

P.E time, we are going to the gym and Heidi's beside me with a girl na friend nya ata.

Sabi nung teacher, we should be sitting on the bleachers and nagpaalam si Heidi na magccr lang with her friend.

Naghanap ako ng place kung saan peaceful and decided to sit sa may dulo.

"Hoy." a boy said tapos he sat next to me with his 2 friends.

Tinaas ko ang eyebrows ko in a friendly way as an answer.

"Ray John." sabi nya. Naconfused naman ako sa sinabi that's why my eyebrows arched.

"You make understand tagalog?" sabi nung boy sa side nya.

"Ha?" tanong ko then nagtawanan silang three. Seriously are they making fun of me?

Hindi ko na lang sila pinansin since they're so wierd.

"Taray mo." bulong nung boy sa may likod nung Ray John.

"I heard that."

"Syempre may tenga ka e." what the? Tingningnan ko sya ng masama then nagsalita ung nasa side ni Ray John.

"Mood swings dre? Kanina lang utas ka dyan e." I laughed along with the two other guys then ung isa halatang pissed off.

Habang may sinasabi ung teacher, ung guy na pissed ay tumaas ng kamay to get the teachers attention.

"Teacher! We have a new student here. Sabi gusto daw nya magpakilala."

What the hell? Tiningnan ko sya ng masama then the three of them was laughing. Halata naman na they know I don't want to introduce myself pero ugh!!!

"Okay miss Callaway, you may introduce yourself."

I stood up since no choice ako, tiningnan ko muna ng masama ung guy na nagstart nito then, "Hi, I'm Xandra Callaway." then I sat down.

"S ba ung Xandra?" she asked.

"No, X po." Pag answer ko.

"What's your sport iha?"

"Soccer."

Finally, the teacher got tired of me kaya tinuloy nya ung sinasabi nya a while ago.

"Hoy Hilaw,"

"My name is Xandra. Bingi ka ba? I just introduced myself two times today."

"Ohhh, basag." sabi nung two guys na kasama nya.

Okay since I know na you're confused, the boy that I just answered is Weird guy then ung puro tawa lang na guy ay si Boy tawa. Okay? Since alam na natin ung isa, tawagin na lang natin syang panget. Joke. Ray John.

"O edi Xandra." Weird said then hindi na nag salita.

"Knock knock." boy tawa said all of a sudden.

"Who's there?" Ray answered.

"Ay hindi pala knock knock un."

"Tae ka pre, panira ng mood." boy weird said then slapped boy tawa's face.

I laughed so hard the teacher got mad good thing it was already time for lunch.

"May kasama ka bang kumain?" Ray asked.

"Huh?" tanong ko since I'm a bit confused.

"You eat with someone?" tanong ni boy tawa.

"Ah, yes. I'll eat with Heidi. Thank you."

"Tinatanong ka lang naminkung may kasabay ka hindi ka namin yayain. Feeling ka masyado." boy weird said tapos ng roll eyes na lang ako.

"Dukutin ko mata mo e." he whispered tapos napa what na lang ako and went to look for Heidi.

Hindi na nga sya bumalik from the cr. What happened to her?

I saw her sa classroom and nilapatan sya.

"Let's eat?"

"Ah, Xandra may gagawin pa kasi kami ni Dianne. Una ka na."

"I can wait."

"It's okay. Go eat na."

"Okay." tapos pumunta na ako sa canteen to buy foods.

Bumili ako ng Chicken with three extra rice so four rice all in all then a brownies and oreo.

Umupo ako sa empty table pero in the middle ng pagkain ko may umupo sa vacant chair ng table.

"Tingin pa." he said.
