22.) Out There

After that you all just sat and talked for a while.
Around 3am people started to sleep.
"What was that?!" Ace screamed waking everyone up.
"What?" Ellie asks.
"Out there! The window! I don't want to scare anybody and I swear I'm not joking I saw something red!" Ace said.
"Oh no I am not messing with this crap." Robbie said.
Suddenly a knock was heard at the door and everyone screamed. TK snuck over to the door and out of the foggy glass on the door you could just see red.
"We are not dying today." Tim said.
The knock got louder.
"Let's go tell you're parents!" Kayla said.
"They went to clean some clothes a bit ago remember? That takes like an hour to do." TK said sighing.
Suddenly there were 2 red figures in the window.
"Everyone get somewhere safe." Birdie said.
Everyone went upstairs. Before you made it up you heard some glass shatter.
They must be in the house oh my god.
You rush upstairs and go and try to unlock all the doors but they are all locked. You get to the last 2 doors and try the one on the left as you hear footsteps nearing the top of the steps. Suddenly, someone behind you pulls you into the room in the right and covers your mouth.
You attempt to scream but then they talk.
"It's me Robbie. You're ok, calm down." Robbie said locking the door.
"Thank you for saving me." You say.
"They must be upstairs now so we need to be quiet." Robbie said.
"Should I barricade the door or should we hide?" Robbie said.
"I don't know." You say. Them the door opens and the red figures come in. You and Robbie scream and hug each other for dear life.
They separate the two of you and drag you both to a different room and lock you and Robbie in it. You hug each other and just hold each other in fear.
"I thought you locked the door?" You said.
" I did! I swear I did." Robbie said breathing heavily.
"It's fine. We are going to be ok." You say putting your hands on his shoulders reassuring him.
You both just hug each other again and hope everyone else is ok. Suddenly the door opens and Rhyme, TK, and Kayla get put in too.
You all exchange hugs.
You all just sit in silence afterwards. TK slams on the door in frustration.
"Hey, calm down." Rhyme said hugging him.
She whispers something to him and he calms down. Then Quinn, Flash, and Birdie get out in too.
Is Tim ok?
A while goes by and then Ace, Ellie, and Tim get put in too. You run up to each other and hug each other with all your might.
"I'm glad you are ok." You say.
"I don't know what I would've done if something happened to you." Tim said.
"Alright so um what is going on here?" Ellie said.
"Is This a prank or something?" You ask.
Nobody says anything. Then the door hand shakes. The people in red robes enter the room and everyone backs up farther. One of them pulls out a knife and everyone screams. Then the people start laughing.
What the heck is going on?
The people take their robes off and it's none other than TK and Birdies mom And Dad.
"What the heck guys!" Birdie said.
"Sorry kids we were planning on doing this when you were both 13, just so happens you brought friends along this year." Their dad says.
"Oh my gosh." Kayla said.
After talking for a while everyone decided to go to bed.
"I hate my parents." Birdie said.
You all decide to sleep in the living room. As usual, you can't sleep.
"What's up?" Tim asked getting up from where he was laying next to you.
"Can't sleep." You say.
"Want to go on a late snack run?" Tim asked smiling.
"What if we get in trouble?" You ask.
"It'll be fine." Tim said grabbing some of his money. You both sneak out the door sneakily and leave it unlocked. You both go to the shop and get slushies.
"Good thing the boy wasn't working." Tim said.
"There's no need to get jealous." You say.
"Why wouldn't I though? You're my girl." Tim says.
You just smile and hug him all the way home. You go to sleep thinking all about Tim.
Stuck in my mind 24/7.
