Chapter 2 ~

* Adam's P.o.v *

It was him. I didn't think I would ever see that cute boy again. He is so cute, but I can't like him. It'll ruin my reputation.

" Hi-i ..you must be the new neighbors. Come on in.." he says shyly.

His voice is, so beautiful, like an angel. Don't get me started on those eyes though. So, blue I could get lost in them like when I dive into the deep ocean. Adam stop it ! You can't think like that. Cut it out. You can't think about him like that. AT ALL..

" Blade " his dad I'm guessing says to my dad, " so glad you could make it " while shaking his hand.

" It's been a really long time John. Haven't seen you since we were in highschool" my dad says to his dad.

I slowly started zoning out of their conversation because I was too busy thinking about him. I saw him this morning and I couldn't help, but stare at him the whole time. Weird. Right? Right..? When, I found out I didn't have any more classes with him, I was so upset.

Who would have thought that he lives right next to me ?

I am soon quickly brought out of my thoughts when my dad pats me on the back. " This here is my boy, Adam. Adam, this is an old friend of mine from highschool." I firmly shake his hand how my dad taught me to and replied politely, " Nice to meet you sir."

" Nice to meet you as well ", he said with a smile and then introduced me to his son. He looked over at him, " this is my son, Daniel."

Daniel. What a sexy name.

We're led into the kitchen by Daniel's father. Dad and I sit on one side of the table while they sit down on the other.

* Daniel's P.o.v *

When, I saw him I couldn't believe it. I felt like it was a dream, but no. It's not one at all. He's right in front of me. I could touch him if I wanted to. His eyes..gosh there's those eyes again. Beautiful. I then invited them inside.

My dad came down from his office greeting the other guy who I suppose is his dad.

" Blade, so glad you could make it" my dad says happily with a hum. I could feel his eyes on me. I could feel the hairs on my neck standing up. I shivered. I wish I knew his name..

As if they could read my mind, his dad introduced him to my father. " This is my son, Adam. Adam, this is my old friend from highschool."

Adam. Wow.

We all headed into the dining room and took a seat. We started to eat and I could feel Adam stare at me while we were. I shifted awkwardly in my seat and I think he noticed because he looked away.

His dad and mine were talking about their agents. But, Adam and I weren't talking about anything. There was just. Silence.

I shifted awkwardly a little more and then I finally did it. I started talking to him.

" So, how was your day at school?" I ask him casually. The expression on his face was priceless, he was shocked that I was talking to him. I bit down on my lip, so a giggle wouldn't escape from my lips. Fuck.

" Okay. Why ?" He replied rudely while snickering at me.

I go back to eating my food and not speaking a word. Why is he being like this to me ? I did nothing, but try to have a friendly conversation with him. So, much for trying.

Soon were all done eating and they leave to go home. After helping my dad clean up, I head to my room and lay down on my bed to text my friend Natasha.

Natasha :
So, how did the dinner  go cutie ?

Daniel :
Good actually. Remember the cute guy I was talking about today...well he's my new neighbor..

Natasha :
Oml ?! What's he like babe ?! Get any nudes from him ?!

Daniel :
Yeah lol and sadly no. * Blushes * I don't know how to put it...he was rude to me when I was only trying to make conversation with him..I don't understand..what I did wrong...

Natasha :
Asshole.

Daniel :
Yeah for real..well I'm getting tired Nats. Good night and see you tomorrow. I love you 💕

Natasha :
Goodnight cutie. I love you too 😘
