She was finally here. Here? Truth be told, she didn't know where she was. It looked like middle of nowhere. No, not nowhere, it was some island near the States, of that she was sure. Geography was not her strong point, and it had never been. Besides, she hadn't been paying attention to the land when she had been in the helicopter. She had been doing her best just to not throw up, and from what she had been told, this island belonged to the Johnson family. Interesting, she had thought, but not surprising.

As she looked around she finally understood why this island had been chosen for her stay with the Johnsons. There was no way she could escape without a boat or a helicopter, like the one she had arrived in. It warmed her heart when she thought how much faith her parents had in her.

Now, looking down at the paper she got from the pilot she couldn't help but wonder why he couldn't take her to the mansion instead of giving her this badly drawn map. Who on earth drew that? She started laughing otherwise she would cry. This was going to be a long day. She hoped she would get to the mansion before the end of the day because the idea of walking for hours on this cold day with a suitcase and a heavy cat didn't sit well with her.

"What do you think, Bee?" Emi looked down at the cat carrier in her left hand, in which her larger than usual cat resided. "How long do you think it will take to get to our destination? Two hours? Three hours?"

"..." No response from Beelzebub. The cat just stared ahead with that bored expression it seemed to keep on its face all the time. Emi sighed. She couldn't expect to hear an answer from an animal. If someone saw her, they would call her crazy.

"Well, let's go."

Blake was sitting in an armchair in front of a fireplace in the drawing room, his feet on an ottoman and a book on his lap. He had long given up on reading, and was now just staring at the fire when his younger brother James, who was sitting on a sofa on the right side of Blake, asked, "how much longer do we have to wait? Has she run away or what? The woman is already four hours late." He sounded annoyed. He couldn't believe he had spent the last four hours doing nothing productive.

"Maybe she had an accident." The second oldest son, Alec, chuckled. He did not seem to be bothered by the thought that something bad might have happened to her. Blake turned his attention to his youngest brother, Connor, who was next to James, and looked rather comfortable with a tablet in one hand and a sandwich in the other. The rascal would be happy even if the end of the world was coming as long as he had food.

"Maybe she is lost." Blake guessed, though he didn't know how that was possible. The island was not that big for a person to get lost. The mansion was right in the middle. If she knew how to go straight, she should have no problem finding this place. Apparently that was not the case. The woman had to be stupid. He had a feeling that she was going to be a pain. He took off his glasses, and rubbed his eyes.

"Anyone wants to go out, and see where she is?" Blake suggested because he didn't want to do it himself.

"Not interested," Connor replied with a full mouth. He didn't even look up.

Blake turned to James.

"Don't look at me. You're the oldest." He didn't appear to be happy with the idea of being someone's escort. In that case, the girl was in it by herself because even if this waiting was making Blake tired, he wasn't going to give up the comfort of his home just to search for a lost young lady. If something happened to her then, well, too bad, but it wasn't his business.
