this is the best day of my life
After the teacher finished the names of students that were working together, the bell rang. Students started exiting the classroom while I stayed behind, putting my books in my backpack. But, a sudden tap on my desk makes me look up to see...god himself.
"J-Jungkook?"
He smiled down at me and pulled out a notebook and a pen. By this time, it was just me and him in the classroom, besides the teacher who was preoccupied with something. I was too interested in his eyes on me to realize he was saying something. Once he realizes I'm not listening to a thing he's saying, he chuckles and waves his hand in my face, halting my train of thought.
OKAY he DEFINITELY CAUGHT ME STARING THIS TIME.
"I'm s-sorry what?" I said shaking my head, trying to focus on what he was saying and not just his angelic features.
"Your number?" he asks. He wants my number?!
"Y-yeah, sure."
He gave me the notebook and pen and I began writing my number on it and gave the notebook back to him. We both then got up and went outside the classroom.
"I'll text you after school so we can work on our project." he said. I nodded and we began to go our separate ways. He went to his locker around the corner, and I was about to go to lunch. Then I remembered:
I still have his pen!
He was just around the corner so I decided to just hurry up and give it to him then. But as I turned around the corner to give him his pen, I saw the worst thing that literally almost made me barf.
I just witnessed Jungkook kissing Irene...
I'll just keep the pen...
I didn't wanna be a part of that whatsoever.

JUNGKOOK'S POV
I kissed Irene goodbye as she went to history and opened my locker, seeing the Polaroid (Y/N) took sticking to the inside of my locker door. I smiled.
Then I heard a tap on my locker, when I looked around the locker door, I saw Jimin.
"Hey Jimin, what's up?"
"Party at my house, wanna come?"
I can't I have to talk to (Y/N) about our project
I wish that's what I said.
"Yeah sure" I said with a fake smile.

(Y/N)'S POV
After I walked away from that, I went into the cafeteria looking for Chaeyoung. She waved at me and I began walking towards the table she was sitting at.
"Guess what?" I said, she looked up from her tray of food.
"What?"
"Jeon Jungkook is my partner for the Songwriting Project!" her eyes widened.
"No way!" she smiled."You guys are gonna be spending A LOT of time together" she said with a smirk. I started blushing.
As we continued talking someone came to our table.

He was sipping a smoothie that he probably bought from the lunch line.
"You're the girl who has that camera, right?"

"Y- yeah that's me." I said slightly smiling.
"You're pretty cool, wanna come to a party I'm throwing at my house tonight? You can come too." he said looking at Chae.
PARTY??! No no no no no-
"Sure" Chaeyoung said, she probably already knew I would say no, I hate parties. I glared at her, but all she did was smile back. Jimin smiled at her.
"Cool, I'll see you guys there" he winked at Chae and left.
