As the year goes on the nights go from long to short.
During the short nights the feelings pass by fast but feel so long.
On the long nights the feelings of longing stays longer than what it feels it does.
When you wait for something you want to find a way to make it better.
Alone in the dark you hope and trust that things will get better.
Hold onto your feeling of hope even if it feels like the pain will last forever in the long nights.
Things will get better.
The long nights won't last.
Forever.
