The Huntress was a well known vigilante. She wears black camo pants with combat boots. Her shirt is just a black t-shirt. To top it all off she wears a mask that only shows her crystal clear blue eyes and a knowing smirk on her mouth.

However, she was not like Supergirl. See everyone thought that The Huntress killed her prey, but she didn't. She captured them and brought them to an abandoned DEO base in the desert. No one knows her secret identity.

The Huntress was walking through an alley looking for her next prey. As she was stalking down the alley she heard a gust of wind behind her. She turned around ready to attack.

"Woah. I'm not going to attack..." The person trailed off. The Huntress looked up and saw Supergirl. "You! Your the one whose been killing people." She shouted. Supergirl went to grab The Huntress but failed.

Supergirl flew back to the DEO. When she landed she noticed a note taped to her suit.

The hunt is on Supergirl. Good luck, you'll need it. -The Huntress

Alex walked in and read the note over Supergirl's shoulder. "Wait... Does that mean she's hunting you?" Alex asked. "I don't know Alex. All I know is, this means I have to stop her!" "Kara. Stop! She has killed more people than I care to know. If she is threatening you, she has something on you. So let the DEO deal with this. Go home, to your wife and son." Kara lowered her head and walked over to the balcony and flew home.

When she got there she was greeted by her son, Preston. Preston had the shiniest blonde hair with the purest emerald green eyes. He had a long scar across his neck from when he was attacked as a child. Ever since that attack he has been mute.

"Hey buddy. Where's mom?" He pointed over to the kitchen. "Thanks Preston. I hope school was good." He nodded. Then he ran over with a piece of paper with his handwriting on it.

You won't believe what happened. I'm not the only mute kid in my class. And tomorrow we get to meet some officers from the NCPD.

"That's really cool. I know that you want to be an officer when you grow up. I hope it's fun. Why don't you go upstairs so mom and I can talk?" He nodded and ran up the stairs.

"Lena! I'm home!" Kara shouted from the living room. "I know babe. I heard you come in." She responded. "What are we going to do for Preston's 16th birthday? It's in two weeks." Lena shrugged as a response.

"Babe, we'll worry about that later let's go to bed." Lena said adding a wink at the end. "Lena..." Kara started but never finished as Lena crashed their lips together.

Let's just say Kara and Lena both didn't get a lot of sleep that night.

Meanwhile on the other side of National City The Huntress is returning home. "Hey Mom. I'm back from my walk." "Hunter! Thank God. I heard that The Huntress was out I was worried." "Mom, I'm a detective. My job description is to be in danger." "That's why I try to not put you on cases. Try to keep you safe." "Whatever you say Captain Maggie Sawyer." Hunter said while giving a mock salute. "Hey Hunter, I'm going to give you the lead on the next case. I hope you don't mind." "Really!! Thank you!! I love you Mom." "Love you too, Hunter Sawyer."
