Yoongi sped up his pace as he neared the peach colored house. Silently observing the brightly colored lights wrapped around the snow covered bushes, he scurried along, trying to ignore the crisp, cold wind nipping at the tip of his nose. Through the windows he could see the interior of the home illuminated by a soft glow of light, his ears perked up at the familiar sound of his friends' laughter wafting out through the walls. He stuffed his mittened hands into his coat pockets as he tried to run up the pathway without letting his fluffy, red hat fall off his head onto the frosted ground. Yoongi saw two people in the window, one in particular causing his heart to begin pounding rapidly.

Park Jimin.

Finally reaching the front door, Yoongi reluctantly brought out one of his hands to ring the doorbell. He heard footsteps sprinting to the door and in a matter of seconds, the big barrier was swung open to reveal a dimple faced Namjoon wearing a santa hat and fuzzy, reindeer sweater.

Namjoon smirked quirkily upon seeing his hyung. He turned away for a moment, calling out to the other boys. "Look who finally decided to show up, Jimin-ah, it's for you!" he laughed as Yoongi blushed and slapped the younger's arm. Namjoon stepped aside, letting Yoongi come in and remove his shoes. Jimin was leaning against the wall, slowly nibbling on a Christmas cookie.

When Yoongi looked up to see his boyfriend he had to do a double take. He looked absolutely adorable. Jimin smiled brightly, his eyes disappearing because his grin was so big and Yoongi swooned.

"Hey Yoongles," Jimin whispered, running into the elder's arms and wrapping his arms around his waist. Yoongi breathed in the soft scent of peppermint floating off of Jimin's coconut, white cashmere sweater as they embraced and savored the moment, holding Jimin close to him, never wanting to let go.

"Merry Christmas, Jiminie," Yoongi mumbled, revealing his sweet gummy smile.

"Ey, will you guys come inside, food is getting cold!" Seokjin called from the kitchen. Jungkook slid out to entryway on his fluffy black socks, where Yoongi, Namjoon and Jimin were standing, dramatically swinging his arms and tapping the pom pom on the top of his Santa hat.

"Good evening, children," Jungkook announced, taking an attempt at a British accent.

"Kookie, you're the only child here," Taehyung teased, crossing his arms and throwing his head back as he laughed, his green and white sweater sleeves covering his fingers. Jungkook brushed his red sweatered shoulders off, frowning.

"Guys, seriously. Stop hanging around the entrance please, the food is going to freeze," Seokjin shouted again, louder this time. Yoongi chuckled, he slipped his hand into Jimin's and laced their fingers together. Jimin looked at his boyfriend, his eyes dripping with love for the older boy.

"YOONGI HYUNG!" Hoseok exclaimed when he saw the boys walk in. He ran towards Yoongi, arms outstretched, grabbing onto his hyung's thin black and white shirt sleeves and yanking him into a wild hug. Jimin laughed as Yoongi recoiled, but eventually accepted Hobi's loving embrace.

When Yoongi pulled away from the hug and turned around, his mouth was suddenly filled with a taste of minty freshness. Jimin weaved his arms around Yoongi's neck, pulling him in closer, deepening the surprise kiss. Yoongi smiled through the younger's boy's teeth, savoring the taste of his plush lips on his.

"Eww! Jungkookie close your eyes!" Yoongi could hear Taehyung's booming voice over the other's laughter and giggles but his entire focus was on only one person. The brown haired boy in front of him. Park Jimin.

The boys pulled apart and Yoongi brought his face close to Jimin's so that their foreheads were touching. They could feel each other's warm breath on their noses as they breathed slowly, just taking in the moment.

"Alright, alright, Merry Christmas, we get it you love each other," Seokjin said sarcastically to them, pulling Yoongi away from Jimin, over to the oven. Jimin's cheeks were rosy as he grinned, he bit his lower lip as the two boyfriends maintained eye contact with each other.

"We need to get this apple pie out now, wanna help?" Seokjin asked Yoongi, who was still looking at the smiling Jimin. Seokjin pinched Yoongi's arm slightly, making him jump.

"Hyung!" he yelped.

"Take these," Seokjin handed the latter two red oven mitts decorated with little, sparkling, white dots of snow. Jimin stared absentmindedly, mesmerized at how gracefully Yoongi slipped the mitts on. Everything about him was beautiful. Elegant. Perfect.

As Yoongi began to take the sweet, cinnamony dessert out of the heated oven, he heard the boys walking into the living room, immersed in their chatter. He gently picked up the hot tray and turned around to place it on the counter. Once the pie was safely settled on the marble granite he felt a pair of strong arms wrap around his tiny back. Yoongi smiled, knowing that it was Jimin just by the feel of his soft skin and small hands.

"Hello, love," Yoongi murmured under his breath, appreciating the soft, warm feeling erupting in his heart from the affectionate back hug.

"You smell nice," Jimin said with a sweet giggle, nuzzling Yoongi's earlobe with the tip of his nose. Yoongi closed his eyes. "Like mint," Jimin said, finishing his thought.

"You smell like heaven, you look like heaven, you must be heaven," Yoongi proclaimed quietly. He could feel the heat from Jimin's cheeks as he blushed from his boyfriend's cheesy statement.

"What do you want to do for the rest of the holidays?" Yoongi asked, swaying side to side slightly, listening to the constant buzz of the other boys laughing and talking. Jimin hummed.

"Hmm...I think I want to cuddle up next to you on the couch and watch sappy holiday movies until we fall asleep in each other's arms," Jimin giggled again, pecking Yoongi's jawline lightly. Yoongi's expression went from excitement and happiness to pure bliss and contentment. His eyes still closed, he was complete right here in Jimin's arms. His feet were tucked into a pair of white fuzzy socks, his body was engulfed in his boyfriend's embrace, his best friends were happy and together and the lights were shining. His world was at peace. He was at peace.
