Lexi had been trying to get her to rest as much as possible in this job. Today that had been damn nearly impossible though."Thanks." Kate told her with true gratefulness.

"Let's go home." Kate noted as she put her stuff in her briefcase and they made the short walk to her place. The renovations had completely finished just before the weekend and she knew Glen was eager to show off his top of the range studio. She could truly say her house was in order for the first time like ever. Things were finally the way she wanted it and she could relax knowing nothing needed to happen any more. Well the nursery would have to be made, but they still had a little bit of time for that.

"Come in, come in." Kate said as she held the door open for the bunch to walk into her place. A handful had been here when they'd helped out with the move. But even then all the pictures had been gone for the painters to start working not everything was in order and she could see the scan the room.

"I'm just going to get him out of his school uniform." Kate noted as she nudged Arthur towards the stairs in a nervous manner. She needed a moment to calm herself down, they truly had thrown her for a loop with their surprise visit.

"She really is close to them?" His mum asked him when he walked up to her as she scanned all the pictures hanging on the wall. Most of them were from Kate and Arthur with one or another Royal of friends of friends of them and hers. That particular picture was of them in Verbiers when they'd gone skiing.

"She is. It's strange." Glen admitted with a shrug of his shoulders. "They truly are like her brothers." He added, looking at a picture of a Pregnant Kate between Harry and William at the baby shower.

"Isn't that strange?" Niamh asked him as Glen let out a small sigh. "It is, but they're as important to her as you guys are to me. I know I have to accept it and once you get to know them, they're actually a nice bunch. I've spent most time with William and Catherine so far. I haven't had much time with touring and such." Glen explained as Danny and Mark nodded their heads in understanding.

"Prince Charles?" His gran asked as Glen looked at a picture of what seemed to be a one year old Arthur on Prince Charles lap in the highlands in Scotland. "I haven't met him yet." Glen admitted and he was happy about that, although he was getting nervous with the wedding of next weekend. He'd be thrown in the deep end literally when he'd be sitting across from the Royal Family.

"Why don't you ask Luke?" they heard Kate say as they heard footsteps come down the stairs as Arthur dashed to Luke, asking him to play football in the garden. "Sure thing." Luke immediately agreed as Arthur pulled him to the garden through the kitchen's french doors.

"Arthur your shoes." Kate called with a raised brow as he snickered behind his hand. "No shoes today." he grinned at her in a playful manner. "Your shoes on." she told him with a smile as she took them from the bench and put them on. "I'm not going to clean up after another mud monster." she told him, tapping his nose as he giggled.

"Mud monster?" Glen wondered, he hadn't heard all stories apparently. "two days before you came back last week. Maria had let them in the garden and Harry had gotten the brilliant idea to play football barefoot in the mud. I thought Kate and Meghan were going to skin him alive, their feet were all over the living room at Will and Kate's." she explained, shaking her head as she thought back to the scene it had made.

"You sure him babysitting is a good idea?" Glen asked her good humourdly. "Yea, he means no harm. We might kill him for it once though." Kate told her fiancé as he shook his head. "Charlotte as well?" Glen asked her as Kate snorted.

"Charlotte was having the most fun putting her muddy feet everywhere." Kate snickered with a shake of her head. "I'm going to start dinner for all of us." Kate noted as she headed for the kitchen and soon she was joined by the women of the group as they wanted to help out.
