Chloe's POV
"Go."
We quickly bundle up our stuff, and bolt through the forest. I look back and see the man following us. Who could he be? What does he want with us?
"Bang."
"Maddie? What was that?"I asked nervously.
She didn't respond. I don't see her. Just then, I saw a pool of blood, our stuff, and a limp Maddie, lying on the ground. I drop my stuff and rush to her. I don't even care about the man anymore. All I care about is Maddie.
"Maddie. Maddie! Stay with me!"
The man comes rushing over. I throw the sharpened stick at him and I hits him in the leg. He continued toward us.
"Get a life and go away you creep!" I screamed.
The man turned around, but not before taking a picture.
"No! How could this happen?" I cried.
I guess we would just stay here for the night. I wrapped her leg with a blanket, at prayed that she would survive until morning.
