Clary And Jace(A Misunderstanding)

Chapter 3-Why?!

Last night was amazing and I'm happy I saved my first time for Jace. I know you suppose to wait for after marriage but it seemed like the right time. Well it seemed like the right time because I was drunk but I did not regret it.

Jace woke up early and made me breakfast

Jace"My darling your pancakes are ready"

He placed a plate of pancakes in front of me that had strawberries and ice-cream on top I happily ate it.

"I so lucky my future husband can cook"

He kissed my forehead" No I'm the lucky one to be getting such an amazing person to marry me. She is able to deal with arrogant,egotistical man so she must be great"

I laughed at him and we spend the morning like this

Before he got a text

Jace"Clary I'm going to the shop have to buy some stuff"

He rushed out without another word. After he left I remember I had to go to Magnus house cause he had clothes for me to try.

I texted Jace to let him know where I'll be.

I'll be at Magnus house he wants me to try some things out I'll be late

Okay Clary love you

Love you too

With that I left. At Magnus he made me try on so many things I lost count but I enjoyed the time I spend with him. After what felt like an eternity Magnus told me I could go home

He was helping find me a wedding dress and let me tell you it's harder than you think and impossible taking into account the fact that I had the toughest fashion critic with me.

I was looking forward to going to sleep in Jace arms but when I got home he wasn't there yet

I went to my room and fell asleep. About 1:30am I heard the sound of something breaking so I followed the noise I couldn't be a demon right? I was lead to Jace room that was on the floor above. Maybe he just got home and accidentally knocked something over.

I was happy he was back because I really missed him. All I wanted to do was cuddle with him now. The door was ajar so I moved closer.

The noise I heard broke my heart. There was no mistake it was the sound of moaning.

A Girl moaning I knew what was going on but I had to see with my own eyes. So I looked through the door and sure enough Jace was laying on the bed with a girl straddling him as he thrusted into her.

My heart broke at the scene in front of me

How dare he do this to me. I opened the door and wiped my tears. The door hit the wall and that seemed to get both of their attention

Jace looked confused"C-Clary wha-a-t are you..."

I cut him off" Well looks like my mum was right"

Jace"it's not-...."

"Do I look like an idiot don't give me that crap 'It's not what it looks like"

I turned around and walked away not turning back. I heard Jace calling my name but I ignored it and locked my door

I began packing what was left of my clothes before opening a portal

I wrote a quick note and left

Don't try to find me and if you wondering what happened ask Jace

I jumped through the portal thinking of my mother's house

Sure enough I landed in her living room. My mum and luke was relaxing on the couch and was surprised to see me

Jocelyn"Clary?"

I run up to her and hugged her

"Mum you were right Jace isn't the one for me. I feel so stupid for trusting him. He cheated on me"

I heard a growl and looked back at luke who was now shaking with anger

Luke"He cheated on you?"

I went over and hugged him or there was no doubt he would go and kill Jace

"Yes but I don't want you to kill him. It's my fault for trusting him in the first place. I was blinded by love"

Mum"Honey the only reason I said no was because I thought you were to young for marriage I didn't expect Jace to hurt you like this. It's not your fault. How would you know that Jace would turn out to be an asshole"

"Neither did I mum but it happened and nothing can change that. Anyways I'll be leaving"

Luke"What why?"

"I need to be away from this, Jace and his family I need time to myself so I'm leaving but I'll keep in contact with you, if they ask say you have no idea where I'm gone and you had no idea I left the institute. I need to focus on me for a while OkAy?"

Jocelyn"If you think that's what's best for you than I'll support you"

Luke"I will also be there to support you but you have to keep in contact or I might kill Jace"

I laughed and hugged my parents. I decided to leave immediately in case they come here looking for me. I sorted out my stuff and hugged my parents before leaving through a new portal.
