I grabbed my favorite stuffed animal and ran out of the house not even bothering to put on shoes. I just ran. Mommy said to run away as far as I can as daddy held a gun to her head. He was going to kill me next that's why she said to run. I love you so much, dont you ever forget that. Those were her last words. She yelled it as I ran like she told me, right as I heard it, the gunshot.
