A/N: I know it has been forever since I've been active, but I wanted to get an epilogue out before Christmas break is over, so hopefully you enjoy!

*4 years later*

You found yourself thinking back on everything that had happened over the past four years. There were some incredibly high highs and some pitifully low lows.

All of you stayed hunting for years. It took a long time to figure out what was going on with those Starships that Abbadon seemed to be creating. There were many long days and nights with your nose in some books and the boys bargaining with Crowley to get intel.

Apparently the demons weren't working out as well as Abbadon had hoped. After being under Crowley's reign for so long, many of the demons were soft and not willing to do Abaddon's dirty work for her. That's when she hunted down the Starships that had apparently escaped all those years ago when Cas tried to destroy them. You learned that she was creating the army to help her gain control over the earth. Her plan wasn't to convert all humans, but convert just enough to make the remaining humans afraid.

There were a lot of major hunts over the years, some went smoothly and others...well, it was a good thing that between you, Sam, and Dean someone was always able to do the stitching up of wounds. And there was Cas too. He was always more than willing to help out either hunting or healing.

You knew it was going to be near impossible to eliminate all Starships, but you were sure as hell going to do your best to lessen their numbers. You didn't know how many had been killed since the run in with Stephen all those years ago, but you knew the number was high and it was encouraging.

During all of that, you and Dean...sometimes your relationship felt so much like something born straight out of teenage angst. There were many times you two swore each other off. You'd make hunting and living together work, but romantically, you were both done. But then he would do something to make your heart melt, or you would break down and confide in him and tell him how much you missed him. No matter the hardships, the two of you always came out on top and you were always stronger.  And because of that, you were where you are now, stood in front of your new home with a hand resting on your pregnant belly. Dean was unloading the last of the boxes as you were looking at the small two story home and still considering everything.

Dean poked his head out the open front door and shouted, "Are you coming in sweetheart?"

His smile was bigger than you'd seen on his face for a long time. You would never say it to him, but you suspected that deep down he'd been wanting out of the hunter lifestyle for a long while. You smiled back at him and, with your hand on your sore back, hobbled up the walkway on the front lawn and up the stairs to the porch.

Dean put his arm around your shoulder as you hugged his torso. "I still can't believe this place is ours. Like, really ours."

"You better believe it, because it is."

It was such a typical picture perfect home. The siding was white, the windows had navy blue shutters and window boxes of flowers that you were certain you would accidentally kill, the porch boards matched the shutters, the landscaping was still beautiful...and it was all yours. You had a real home.

You walked into the house and plopped yourself on to a bar stool that was yet to be properly placed in front of the kitchen island. "I suppose we get these boxes unpacked and get ready for the baby shower tomorrow?"

Dean kissed your temple. "I can set up the living room if you want to get the kitchen put away. I figured that stuff is less strenuous to deal with."

You stood up and stretched onto your tiptoes to give him a gentle kiss. "You're the best."

You threw your head back in frustration and groaned loudly. "Why do we have so many things!"

Dean came into the kitchen at the sound of your irritation. "Everything going okay in here?"

You slowly turned and glared at him. "No. It's not. We've been unpacking for hours and there's still so many boxes and everyone's coming over tomorrow and it's never going to get done." You could feel the tears pricking the back of your eyes and your bit your lip to keep it from quivering.

"Aw, hun." Dean walked toward you and threw the box of rice you were holding onto the counter so you could cover your face.

"I hate these stupid hormones." And that's when all of your tears fell. There wasn't much about pregnancy that you enjoyed so far, and the hormones were one of your least favorite parts. Crying unnecessarily was beyond obnoxious.

Dean enveloped you in his arms. "We'll get it all done. Even if we don't, everyone will understand. Let's take a break."

He led you into your living room and cleared the boxes off the couch. The TV was already set up, so the two of you snuggled together on the couch and watched some Hallmark movies. Dean didn't even  argue like he used to. You supposed he was getting used to you being extra soft and sensitive. It was a side of yourself that even you were still trying to get used to.

At some point in the movies, you dozed off and Dean covered you up, unpacking boxes into the wee hours of the morning as quietly as he could. You were oblivious to it all, softly snoring on the couch and dreaming about tomorrow's baby shower and gender reveal, courtesy of your angel friend.

There will be more to come in the future, I just wanted to get this portion out there. What do you think the baby will be? I'm curious of your thoughts. :)
