Adam said, opening the glass door for me.

" Morning! Adam, I told you to call me Ana." I groaned at him, he chuckled, I stepped into the building.

I greeted the secretary Emma and made my way into the elevator. Lily and Lee were actually good friends of mine, I have known them since I was young and grew up with them. They are such a cute couple!

Their business was one of the best publishing companies in the world, I was their P.A. I also do a lot of reviewing with books that we published.  Elijah said it was a boring job, I know. But I love it, books have always been a huge hobby of mine.

I stepped into Lily and Lee's office and was greeted with the smell of coffee. Both of them looked up at me and smiled widely,

"Morning sweets!"

Lily said, giving me a hot cup of coffee. I smiled gratefully for it.

"Rough morning?"

Lee asked, looking concerned. He and Lily both knew about my past and where very protective of me. But not as bad as Max, Jarred, the twins and don't get me started on Brie.

I just nodded, they understood.

" We have a meeting with a new investor in 3, be ready because he is apparently very intimidating"

Lee warned me,

" Alright, let me get my things and we will go."

I said getting up and following them to the boardroom for the meeting, I wonder who this guy is?
