The Fury of Emptiness

Notes - I know stories that switch Pov's can be annoying but I do it for a specific reason and if you give it a chance I hope you won't be dissapointed. After this chapter the Pov's will be in either Lilith's or Sameal's pov's with the odd exception. Also if you continue to read on things will start to make more sense. xoxo

Ardiel's POV

-The Fury of Emptiness-

I stood rigidly in the frozen abyss trying to fathom the emptiness, when my rage erupted from my throat in the form of a violent snarl.

My fury was unimaginable, it burned my very being like fierce flames forever rising in a blaze.

I couldn't control my anger it exploded from me again, this time causing the icy glaciers to crumble all around me - solid frozen liquid crashing onto the snowy ground with an almighty bang.

The cold transparent ground rumbled beneath my feet, dangerous cracks forming in the brittle surface growing like hairy roots.

Destruction unravelled around me as the glaciers continued to crumble and fall, while my irate snarls echoed against the glittery surface.

The emptiness of the surrounding unnerved me tremendously; I couldn't control my rage, it burned deep down in my fiery veins.

I couldn't stand it any longer. I had to flee.
