Chapter 4

UNKNOWN POV

I see what Connor was doing. He was trying to forget what I did to him. Well he needs to stop or so help me I will be even worse to him.

He seems so happy with her. That definitely needs to stop. Hmmm. She got a nice apartment and I KNOW Connor will be staying over there.

I need to break them apart.

GRACES POV

Now that I had a new house (it's an apartment but just for the sake of my typing imma call it a house) I could go out whenever I wanted and have whoever I wanted over. Cool!

I woke up at seven with my alarm clock beeping. Connor must have went home because he wasn't on the couch.

I made a bowl of cereal and ate it. Then I took a shower and decided what clothes I would wear.

I chose a floral crop top and ripped up denim shorts. A pair of white toms went perfectly with the outfit, along with a daisy bow.

I got in my car and drove to school. Wow. School was further away than I expected but it still wasn't very far.

I walked in to see a really buff guy push Connor up against a wall.

"What the heck?!" I yelled at him and tried to push him away. I had a glimpse of a girl who was smirking.

"What are YOU gonna do about it?" he asked, towering over my small figure.

"Uhhhh," I looked over and saw a large bag. I didn't care whose it was.

"THIS," and I swung it at his face knocking him to the ground.

"Look what you did you little jerk," the girl who was smirking said.

"And who are you?" I asked.

"I am the girl who is supposed to be Connors girlfriend. Not you," she fake smiled.

"Well, he hasn't asked me," I was stopped by Connor kissing me passionately on the lips. I relaxed into the kiss and then he turned around to face the girl.

"She's MY girlfriend and if you ever try to touch her, there will be problems," he said.

"Oh I'm so scared," she said, VERY sarcastically.

"You better be," Connor replied. The strange girl left.

I noticed Connor had a black eye.

"Connor," he put a finger over my lips, signaling me to hush.

"It's ok. I'll be fine," he smiled. I kissed his cheek and then we went to class, hopefully without anymore fights.
