Chapter 8

Matsuri was in the bathroom and stared at herself in the mirror. She turned on the faucet and splashed herself with water. She sighed deeply and looked up
"Hey Matsuri" Miaseakuu said as she was sitting down on the edge of the tub. Matsuri gasped and turned around seeing her
"What the fuck?" Matsuri asked
"Don't be so surprised..." Miaseakuu said
"What do you want?" Matsuri asked
"Nothing. I just came to check up on you" Miaseakuu said
"Oh okay...so I guess you saw that girl" Matsuri said
"Yes" Miaseakuu said
"Hey uh...it's Miaseakuu right?" Matsuri asked
"Yes" Miaseakuu said
"Uh do you know anything about what happened today?" Matsuri asked
"What do you mean?" Miaseakuu asked
"I mean that the girl I saw in front of me...I think I said it was Harumin" Matsuri said
"Oh you mean the Taniguchi..." Miaseakuu said
"T-taniguchi!?" Matsuri exclaimed
"Relax kid" Miaseakuu said
"B-but I mean...I don't remember anything. Wh-what kind of relationship did I have with her?" Matsuri asked
"Not a serious relationship more like...uh...why not ask your cousin?" Miaseakuu asked
"Nitski? But does she know these types of things?" Matsuri asked
"She does...she knows a few more things" Miaseakuu said
"I-I guess I could ask her..." Matsuri said
"Okay good. Well bye" Miaseakuu said and vanished. Suddenly Matsuri looked at the door hearing Nitski knocking it
"Matsuri? You alright?" Nitski asked
"Yes I'm fine" Matsuri said and opened the door
"Hey Matsuri. Um...were you talking to yourself?" Nitski asked
"Uh...no" Matsuri said
"Are you sure? I mean there is no one here with you" Nitski said
"U-uh hehe yeah..." Matsuri said
"Are you feeling okay?" Nitski asked
"Yes" Matsuri said and walked away. Nitski looked at Matsuri and shook her head. Matsuri walked to the room and sat down on the bed. She scratched the back of her head and laid down.
I'll ask Nitski some other time...right now I just need to rest...just a small nap
Matsuri slowly closed her eyes and tried to sleep but some weird sensation stopped her from sleep. She clenched her fists tightly feeling some sensation in her heart. Her eyes widen and she covered herself up with a blanket
"Why are you running away from me?" She heard a voice
"Ah! What!? Who said that!?" Matsuri exclaimed looking around as she sat up
"You're cute" The voice said
"Gaaaah! Miaseakuu!" Matsuri shouted. Miaseakuu appeared and looked at her
"What the hell Mizusawa?" Miaseakuu asked
"What do you mean what the hell!? I heard the voice from that Harumin girl!" Matsuri said
"It's just your imagination..." Miaseakuu said
"N-no it's not! I swear I fuckin heard her!" Matsuri said
"Just get some rest. Maybe sleeping can help you..." Miaseakuu said
"Bitch it's early for me to sleep and I know I heard her. She's in here s-somewhere" Matsuri said
"Just get some rest. I'll stay here by your side to protect you" Miaseakuu said. Matsuri just looked at her and nodded. She laid back down and closed her eyes. After a couple of minutes Nitski walked in and looked at Matsuri. She smiled softly and stroked her hair softly but her smile slowly faded away
"I really wish your parents never met them...they are bad people with a huge secret. There is a reason why their rich and powerful...and I bet the reason is that old man. He isn't a very good man at all...that fuckin bastard. He's just going to kill you..." Nitski growled. Meanwhile Miaseakuu stayed outside watching Matsuri sleep inside. She sighed and shook her head
"So how is this new life?" She heard a familiar voice. Miaseakuu clenched her fists tightly and turned around seeing her beautiful angel turned into a demonic demon
"Hamalie..." Miaseakuu said
"So how are you?" Hamalie asked
"Grrr...I hate you..." Miaseakuu growled
"Hehe...so things are back to where they were huh?" Hamalie said. Miaseakuu glared at her and gritted her teeth. She remembered meeting Hamalie...back when she was alive
"Just get away from Matsuri. It's my duty to protect her and I will complete my mission" Miaseakuu said
"So now you want to go back to heaven?" Hamalie asked
"Just shut up and stay away. Also keep that Harumin girl away...if she gets close to Matsuri then Matsuri will start recovering a few memories" Miaseakuu said
"And? Hehe...have you forgotten? It's destiny. Just like you and me" Hamalie said reaching her hand out to her. Miaseakuu slapped her hand away and growled
"I don't get why God put us together..." Miaseakuu mumbled
"It's destiny babe" Hamalie said
"Destiny?! Me and Lea were happy together! Until you came along...e-everything changed...completely...my whole entire life...changed because of you and your sister. Both of you...fucked up my whole life..." Miami said
"You're still blaming us?" Hamalie asked
"Yes...especially you" Miaseakuu growled
"You know...it's not my fault you died. You know very well I told you to stay inside and don't escape...you were suppose to obey but you ended up running away and where did that take you? To your death..." Hamalie said
"I was running away from you..." Miaseakuu said
"And that's why you died...because you were running away from your true love. You were running away from destiny..." Hamalie said. Miaseakuu clenched her fists tightly and growled furiously
"Just leave me alone!" Miaseakuu shouted
"Hahaha alright. I'll see you later or some other time. Oh and babe...hehe I think you know where to guide Matsuri to...and if not...she'll end up going through the same death and pain as you" Hamalie said and left. Miaseakuu clenched her fists tightly and shouted in anger and frustration
"FUCKIN BITCH! AAAAAAH! DAMN YOU! FUCK YOU! I HATE YOU! WHY GOD!? WHY!? TELL ME!" Miaseakuu shouted and cried. She covered her face and cried softly. Memories of her past came flooding back which gave her a massive headache
"Even if I say I hate her...I have to admit it....I truly do love her...I still do...I always have been loving her...my love for her never left...it always kept growing...this sensation in my heart...whenever I see her...ugh...it only makes me want her more...fuck you...senpai..." Miaseakuu mumbled as she looked down
Flashback
"So I get to live again?" Miaseakuu asked
"Yes. Matsuri has accepted and everything is almost complete except for one thing..." God said
"And that is?" Miaseakuu asked
"You" God said
"Me? What do you mean?" Miaseakuu asked
"You and Hamalie will have to start over again..." God said
"Wh-what!? Wait!? No! Does that mean...." Miaseakuu paused waiting for God's response. God looked at her and let out a long and deep sigh
"Yes...she'll be turned into a demon" God said
"Oh h*ll no! F**k that! I will not f**kin accept!" Miaseakuu said
"I'm sorry but you can't change destiny. You both were meant to be..." God said
"B-but...but that b**ch! Do you know what she did to me!?" Miaseakuu exclaimed
"I know what happened in the real world. That's why I gave Hamalie a change to chance and she changed for you because she loves you. That's why she turned into an angel and ended up in heaven..." God said
"Grrrrr! But she rejected me!" Miaseakuu shouted
"I know and that's her fault...but she tried to ask for forgiveness. She even wanted to help you..." God said
"Oh yeah she tried..." Miaseakuu mumbled and rolled her eyes
"Miaseakuu listen...I know everything that happened in your life screwed up and you ended up getting killed. That's why Matsuri will be living your life" God said
"Huh? My life?" Miaseakuu asked
"Yes. Your life. To get yourself back in heaven you'll have to protect her and guide her the right way and if not...she'll end up getting killed just like you and you'll die as well. Do you understand?" God asked
"Y-yes sir. I understand" Miaseakuu said
"Very well and you'll also have to try and change Hamalie by showing her affection and love" God said
"Y-yeah...whatever..." Miaseakuu mumbled
"Good luck and make better decisions" God said
"I understand sir" Miaseakuu said. God snapped his fingers and Miaseakuu fell from the sky landing in Earth. She sighed and looked around
'Well...time to try and fix my mistakes I made...'
End Of Flashback
Miaseakuu looked up at the sky and sighed deeply
Why am I always running away...?

Harumin and Mitsuko were in the car as they headed to the company
"What do you think dad will say this time?" Harumin asked
"I'm not sure. Father is still stressed about the whole company situation. He's going to drive himself insane..." Mitsuko said
"I think he's already insane" Harumin said
"Yeah I think so too...but he's only doing this for us" Mitsuko said
"Ha! Sis don't make me laugh. He is not doing this for us. I know he says that the company will be yours and that he's doing this for our future but I feel like he's doing this for himself..." Harumin said
"That is true" Mitsuko said
"He won't stop until he gets that signature..." Harumin mumbled. After their ride they arrived at the company. They got out of the car and walked inside the building then entered the elevator. They walked out and headed to their father's office. When they walked inside they saw their two other cousins
"Hey Harumi and Mitsuko" Estella said
"Hi Estella" Harumin said
"Hi" Mitsuko said. The doors burst open and Hojo walked in
"I think you know what we're all doing here" Hojo said
"Hey old man" Henrik said
"Shut up boy" Hojo said and sighed deeply
"Jeez uncle. We know you want us to look for her" Estella said
"You kids are useless..." Hojo mumbled. Harumin rolled her eyes and leaned back in her chair. Hojo noticed her and walked over to her seat
"Have you seen that brat?" Hojo asked
"No..." Harumin said not looking at her father
"And you had to kill the teacher..." Hojo said glaring at her
"What? It's not my fault. She asked for it. She was the one who messed with me..." Harumin said
"But that doesn't give you the right to kill her" Hojo growled
"Whatever..." Harumin said
"Ugh fine then. Let's just get straight to the point. The Mizusawas have been making more money and have been growing very powerful ever since they lost two members. I don't get how they keep growing but we need to partner up with them quickly. The only way to do that is by Matsuri's signature but...someone is keeping her away from us so we don't find out where she is" Hojo said
"Man...can't we just attack them and take her?" Henrik asked
"That'll ruin our reputation you dumbass" Hojo said
"Jeez sorry...it was an idea" Henrik said
"Besides isn't Harumin in charge of catching that kid?" Estella asked
"She is but it seems she isn't doing a very good job..." Hojo said glaring at her. Harumin just shrugged and looked away
"Harumi that's not how you behave" Mitsuko said
"I know..." Harumin said and glared at her sister
"Harumi don't you dare disappoint me. We've come so far and reached the top. We can't just throw that all away now..." Hojo said
"You're so selfish. All you ever do is think about yourself..." Harumin said
"I'm doing this for your own good Harumi and your sister as well. You both will have to work together to keep this company strong and powerful" Hojo said. Harumin just sighed deeply and ignored the important conversation from her father.
"Whatever...we don't need her. I've assigned a small meeting with one of the Mizusawas. He accepted and tomorrow morning we'll be at their company and when I mean we I mean Mitsuko and Harumin" Hojo said. Harumin zoned out for a moment and gasped as she felt her demon friend
'I have found her'
What?
'You heard me. I found the little Matsuri girl'
Perfect!
"Harumi are you paying attention?" Hojo asked glaring at her
"Uh y-yeah" Harumin said. Hojo just kept glaring at her and rolled his eyes then went back to talking. After the small meeting everyone headed back. Harumin was in her room and decided to go out for a bit
"Where do you think you're going?" Mitsuko asked
"I'm going for a walk.." Harumin said
"Don't be out so late. We must wake up in the morning for a meeting with the Mizusawas remember? I mean you were paying attention right?" Mitsuko asked
"Yeah yeah I know" Harumin said and left. Mitsuko glared at her and rolled her eyes. Harumin walked through the streets looking for Matsuri's place.
Are we close yet?
'Almost'
Harumin kept walking until she stopped in front of a house. She looked up at it and examined it
Is this the place?
'Yes'
So...about the small girl. I have to protect her?
'Yep and keep her safe from others'
Okay
Harumin pulled her phone out and took a pic of the house and saved it
Don't worry little Mizusawa...you'll be safe with me. I won't let anyone take you away...
