Mom decided she would stay home today it was a sign of relief to me at least I would worry about uncle coming over all I could think is what kind of 16 year old would want to do those things but my thoughts were scattered when I seen his ugly face coming through the front door "mommy I said I thought you was staying home today " and she said "no DJ I'm going shopping with my friend I'll be home later " as she walked out the front door I looked over at my uncle sitting on the couch across from me . A single tear escaped my eye because deep inside I wanted it to end but I was too scared to speak up.
