"Tell Kate congrats as well Will. I'm at Char's now so I'm going to go inside." Kate told him as they said goodbye and Kate headed inside to pick Charlotte up. All eyes were on her as she walked inside. "Has the baby been born?" Charlotte asked her in an excited manner and Kate felt all eyes on her. "Not yet." She lied, she didn't want the source of things got out before the actual announcement. Once she had Charlotte in her car, however, all bets were off. "You have a little brother Charlotte," she told the little girl in her back seat as she let out a cheer and Kate couldn't help but laugh.

"But you said the baby hadn't been born." she reminded Kate as she looked at her twisted in her driver's seat. "I know but I had to keep it a secret." She told her as Charlotte nodded her head with a cheeky grin. Just her mother, Kate thought to herself with a shake of her head as she drove away from the curb. She was only so old and already understood that things weren't as normal with them as they would be. "can we go see him?" Charlotte asked her as Kate shook her head. "First we have to go and pick Arthur and George up in a little while," she told her as she let out a sigh as Kate headed back to KP, changing her out of her school uniform. Maria promised her she'd take care of Arthur if he wanted to stay behind that was whilst she went to see the latest addition to the Cambridge family.

Going to one of the reception rooms she called Glen. "Hey, any news?" he asked her as she let out a smile. "It's a little boy," Kate told him as she heard Glen chuckle on the other side. "How is Kate?" he asked her, needing to hurry ahead of the next interview and Kate could hear in his voice that he was in a rushed manner and she let out a small sigh. "Will said she was fine, tired and sore but very happy," she told him as Kate heard someone calling out to him to wrap it up. "I'll call you later tonight sweetheart," Glen told her before the line went dead and she sunk on the couch. Why did her relationship have to be this hard? Why couldn't things be easy for once? Why did he always have to be somewhere else but anywhere but with her. She knew it was his job and that she could never keep him from living his dream. God her life had been so much easier when he hadn't been in her life. She loved him she really did, but in the last two weeks since he'd been gone once more she'd started to feel more alone, he was never there. If he was on the phone it was in a hurry cause he had interviews or Arthur would talk to him shortly. To her and she knew it was ridiculous, but it felt like she was more of a side piece than anything else.

"I want to come along," Arthur said the moment that she informed the three kids in her back seat they were headed to the hospital. Arthur didn't want to be excluded and bringing up that he was going to go to KP wasn't an option.

"Alright then." she chuckled as she followed the motorcade between George and Charlotte's Po's as she headed for St. Mary's. It was funny to be escorted between two cars as she drove that way. Apparently, there was a buzz outside the hospital since it had been rumoured that George and Charlotte may be coming over. They were waiting for William to leave the hospital. Only William wasn't going to leave the hospital, Kate was bringing them over. "are the Photographers going to be there?" George asked her as she gave him a small nod and encouraging smile. She was nervous as well. It would be the very first time that she consciously walked in front of them. Not something she was looking forward to doing with the world's press on her. "Just give them a small wave and smile as we walk inside," she told them as she followed Warren's car to the hospital. She heard the cheering the moment the three Range Rovers turned on the street. The street had already been closed off and they knew something was coming their way.

"Alright let's do this," she muttered to herself as she got out of the car, the clicking and flashes of the camera coming her way as she unbuckled George and Arthur as she got them out of the car. "Give them a small wave George," she whispered to him as she kissed the side of his head before placing him on the ground. "You too bud," she told her son as he grinned at her, taking George's hand before both of them waved at the camera's. "Come on," Kate said, taking their hands and rounding the car.
