Where Were You In The Morning?

Introduction

This story is based and inspired by Shawn Mendes' song 'Where Were You In The Morning'. Therefore, I think it's appropriate to acknowledge that no copyright infringement is intended, and all images, videos and ideas belong to their rightful owners.

I recently checked and there didn't seem to be any stories already existing that have used the exact same plot line I intend to use based on this song, but I might be wrong. If you've written about similar topics, please know I have no intention to steal your idea or claim it as my own whatsoever – we just happen to have the same idea!

For the duration of this story, I will be writing solely from the female protagonist's perspective. I know a lot of you like to read stories from Shawn's point of view too, but I believe with good writing you can definitely gain an insight as to what he's thinking through the main character's perspective alone. At least, that's what I hope to achieve for you. 

There will be some mature themes, but nothing too explicit. Regardless, reader discretion is advised.
