I Will Survive
Do you see my scars?
Of course, you do;
They bloody shine like super stars!
Do you see my bruises?
All black and blue and gray...
They were painted by life's best muses.
Do you see my tears?
Nope, there are none left;
I poured them all out over the years.
Do you see me bow?
Oh no you don't!
Kick me again! I will never cow!
Do you know I will never cave?
Not me my friend;
I am way to strong and brave.
Do you know why I'm still alive?
I live for His Truth!
And by His Grace I will survive!
